Yidhrednal, Madness Unleashed

The walls of time were a mysterious place. What was, what could be, what had already been... they were things that could be changed with little more than a grin and a wink. Part of that, and yet separate from them all, were the gods of the outermost reaches. Beyond reality itself, they danced a mad dance an existed in a place outside of the ability of mortals to comprehend. Yidhra was one of these entities - an utterly insane goddess of paradoxes, who both was and was not many things.

When time had been distorted, she had seized the opportunity that presented itself. She could not possibly be in two places at once, both out of time and inside it - so, naturally, she was. Directly on the heels of Euphie and Amina, the entity known as Yidhrednal tore through the barriers of reality, twisting in pursuit.

So much time spent fused together had changed the entity in a fundamental way - indeed, both bodies and minds had been switched, and it was Yidhra's body that was at the forefront. Her hands were clad in small gloves, her lower legs in bright socks and shoes... and a small bit of clothing sufficed to meet the demands of human modesty. Well, actually calling it "clothing" might be overly generous, but it was really no worse than a particularly edgy PG-13. Of course, most people probably weren't going to pay attention to that, for her hair was truly acting up. Enormous mouths, shining eyes, and things far worse lurked in the build of this creature's body.

From her mouth came a wild laugh - a sound like the tearing of sanity itself. "With a sword, a god can turn a man into a king." said one of the mouths in her hair, swiveling to look at Euphie and Amina. "But a king, with a sword, can only turn a man into a knight." said a second. A third mouth tilted around a bit, seeming interested. "And a knight, with a sword, can turn a man into a corpse. What can we learn from this?"

"Simple." said the main mouth of the body. "Every person has value, but so does every stamp, and both should be spent. Isn't that right, daughter of mine?" She turned towards Euphoria.

Euphoria

Euphoria paled as the entity before them spoke. That was impossible... there was absolutely no way that her father's Persona could be here, in this place and time. On the other hand, she(?) was talking crazy, and that was exactly how everyone had always suggested her father tended to act. One foot slammed onto the ground as Euphie raised her staff and gathered magical energy on the end of it, ready to unleash on an instant's notice. Oh, why couldn't everyone else be here? "Wh-what are you?" she asked.

"I dunno. A butterfly dreaming I'm adorable?" the figure suggested, leaning over to relax on one of the gaping mouths in her hair and slowly rising upright as it straightened. She lightly kicked her feet back and forth, about a foot above the ground, lounging there with an air of perfect comfort and ease. "Maybe we're all just butterflies on the banana tree of life, but that doesn't make us any less. You wanted to meet your father again, but he and I are connected by an unbreakable bond. I'm the mask he uses to face the world... and I don't think you're ready to be on your own just yet." A burst of power shot off of the end of Euphie's staff, and one of the mouths in Yidhra's hair darted over, opened wide, and swallowed it whole. "Hmm, not too bad. You really do take after him, but how about this?" she eyed Amina with about a dozen blue eyes, courtesy of her bizarre hair. "I'll let the two of you see your parents if you can show me that you're ready for the big leagues. This is a pretty dangerous time for the world to be in... and I have no problems with throwing you right back into the Corridor and sending you somewhere safe if you can't handle it."
