Hey all,

Just wanted to give you all the heads up that Quentin and Cookie's profiles have been added to the [PC] list, meaning that you may go ahead use these characters on the condition that you remember that they are neutral parties and cannot be recruited into either organization, nor can you manipulate them into your character(s)' favor. I also ask that you remain true to Quentin and Cookie's personalities (although they are available for everyone to use, they are still my characters).
