I thought it would be nice for our guild to have a charity thread. If anyone would like to help out with the thread's design, please contact me (I'd like to make it look pretty, but I don't know how to do that).
RULES:
1) You must be a guild member and a Muslim in good standing in order to receive charity from your guildmates here.
2) If you are asking for charity, you must open your post with the shahada.
3) You must declare what it is that you wish to purchase, its market price, as well as the amount you already have to spend towards it. In addition, you must update the gold amount of the contributions as they come in, similarly to a quest thread.
[Addendum to point 3] But if you are new to Gaia and just want a little pocket money to help fill out your wardrobe, you need only say so.
4) If you've received charity, please say your thanks to the sender in private so as not to compromise his or her modesty.
5) Anyone abusing the charity system will be forbidden from using it in the future and will be considered as anathema.
