Everfree had shown up a little early as to not be late. That turned out to be a non-issue. As the time ticked by, he began to wonder where the blue angel was. Surely it hadn't been a figment of his imagination. With a heavy sigh he sat down on the main land side of the bridge with his back to a post.
Looking up, his brown eyes searched for the angel. It gave him time to still work on his plan. Currently he best he had was to get the owl to grab something of Twilight and fly off with it. Even that still had its holes. For one, how was he going to get to the owl without her noticing? Second, how was he going to get it to work with him. Then there was nothing stopping her from using her own magic to stop the bird.
He couldn't use his to levitate the book without her noticing. While he could, technically, it was against his very core to use his powers so causally. And the plotting went on as he waited.

Harveer finally fluttered to a stop, a harsh one, but a stop. He'd managed to land just in front of the green faun. Ugh, just looking at the deformed guy made Harveer sick to his stomach. He'd had no problem with the faun before, but this guy? He really couldn't bring himself to ignore it all.
"I've got the book." He offered, holding it up for the other to see it. There was an image on the front, depicting an angel holding it's arms, legs, and wings spread open. The reverse of it was on the back cover.

Everfree looked up when the angel landed, shutting his eyes the next moment to the wind kicked up by the landing. As he stood up, the alicorn looked at the book. It looked interesting, what was on it was clearly the same was the being in front of him. He fretted for a few moments, wondering if Twilight would even like the book. It was too late now though, the offer had been made and the angel had fulfilled his end of the bargain.
Holding out the coin that had rested in his closed hand since the moment he left the tree to day, Everfree laid his palm out so the angel could retrieve it. One of his hands reached for the book but he wasn't going to fully take it until the angel also had what he had wanted, "I hope it keeps you safe." It was meant to keep him safe, the faun just hoped it would work for angels too.

Harveer held the book out, gently placing a hand on the token. He didn't want to seem untrusting, but he really was. There was no way around it. Harveer didn't want to trust this faun, regardless of what he called himself.
"I'm certain that it will." He smiled, trying his best to look nice and friendly. "I hope you enjoy the book." The angel turned the comment right back around. It would have been far funnier to see what the faun did with the childrens book than what happened to an anatomy book, but he didn't feel comfortable with giving such a mean trade for something he needed so much. Even if he could have gotten away with it.
"Thank you for your cooperation."

Holding the book close, he was careful with treating it like a treasure. For one fauness, it could very much be a treasure. With a smile he told the other, "Take care and may Laisidhiel keep you safe." With a slight bow he already started to turn, heading across the bridge. He was careful, trying to hide both his excitement and his trepidation. One part of his quest was complete, here now came the next part. A harder part it would seem.

Harveer suppressed the shudder that threatened to wrack his body when he was blessed with the care from Laisidhiel. The only protection he wanted was that of The Guardians, and of course anything they said would help protect him. But he did manage to smile, "And may The Guardians watch over you." The teen bowed, using his wings for balance again. This time, he wasn't going to fly straight home. Now that he'd managed to complete his own quest, Harveer had a few minutes to himself. That he was probably going to use for sleep.
