Clothing Style/Color: Clement typically wears the gentlemen's styles from the 1870's his general color pallet includes light blues, electric blues, yellows (mostly electric yellow), whites, oranges, reds, and occationally darker colors like dark blues, yellows, browns, and occationally blacks
Extra: Clement always wears a pare of kinda big perfectly round lensed glasses without them he doesn't see very well (think Clemont's Glasses from Pokemon)
Personality: Jolly, Sweet, Kind, Friendly, Playful, Brave, Modest, Polite, Slightly Bashful, Alittle Lacking In Self Confidence, Bold and Rash at times, Exciteable at times, Hard Worker, And Serious when he needs to be
Jolly Heart - Clement is a jolly person who is kind and friendly he loves being around his friends and overall is pretty hard to get down for a extended length of time he sometimes can get a bit exciteable when talking about things he likes or is knowledgeable about
Sturdy Heart - Clement is brave and loves adventure and exploration to a degree however due to his lack of self confidence he doesn't always have the courage to go on adventures and try new things but is still overall fairly brave and he also has a bit of boldness and even a bit of rashness to him at times in serious situations he will stand strong and face the problem... usually... sometimes if he's feeling down or his heart is wavering a bit he might retreat temporarily but he will always return stronger and ready to go but he's also no fool either he knows when to flee
Lacking In Self Confidence - As previously mentioned he is lacking in self confidence so despite the fact that he's brave and jolly his heart wavers at times and holds him back when he knows something he is more confident and bold but he's still not as confident over all that he should be this also leads to him being a smidge bashful at times and easy to embarrass at times
Friendship - Clement truely cherishes his friends but he doesn't always make them that easily he preferes real, best, and true friendship so while he will always be friendly and polite to a person he may not become their friend right off the bat but there has been cases when he just instantly got along with someone and became their friend right away
Modest yet Proud? - Overall Clement is Modest he rarely boasts his achievements or his self worth usually deflecting praise and such else where or even out right denying it at times but he is proud of his achievements and while he won't brag about them you can see he is proud and happy about them most of his pride lies in his inventions and he will always direct any praise for making the invention to his invention unfortunatly said inventions sometimes become confidence downers when they don't work but its usually temporary as he loves inventing and understands that they arn't always going to work
Polite and Helpful - Clement is polite and helpful overall unless he has reason to otherwise he will usually greet most in a friendly polite manner and generally is kind and respectful to most however if he has reason to otherwise he won't be quite as polite towards the offending person but even then he won't go overboard he likes to help people and one of the reasons he invents things is to help make the world a better place for everybody if he see's someone in trouble he will usually step in which is one of the few things his lacking confidence doesn't effect however he won't just rush in if he can help it
Hard Worker - Clement has a deep drive to improve himself and works hard in most of what he does he wants to improve his skills and confidence and strives to be the best in his field and in truth he is very very good naturally with electronics and his drive to improve has made him very good but his lack of confidence often gets in the way and holds him back so its one of the things he strives to push past
His Sister - Clement loves his younger sister and they are best friends currently Clement is sort of Amie's guardian and is often seen going places with her to watch over her and keep her company which is due to the fact that he, their father, and mother worked so much at one point that Amie was alone alot so he quit the company and now spends most of his time around Amie he does really enjoy spending time with his sister something he missed while working and while he does miss working in the company and having so much time on his inventions he's happier with how things are now because he has more chances to go on adventures and grow as a person plus spend time with his sister even though she embarrass him at times
History: The Sparks family originally were on the low side of middle class but overall were happy with their lives-

But they did always strive to be their best so when they encounter a new thing called electricity they were curious and excited by it they messed with it and learned about it soon every member even Amie found they had a natural talent for electricity and their rise started there Clement found he not only understood it but also found new ways to use it and soon was as skilled as his father with electricity despite his very young age before long they went from working for a company to actually owning one
Because Electricity was new and mostly a plaything for the rich they gained wealth themselves very quickly as more and more people went electric and finally their father was able to sell the company to a trusted friend and buy land stepping into the life of Landed Gentry Clement transitioned easily into this life but he nor their parents realized Amie was having a hard time of it
Even though they technically didn't have to work Clement and his Parents continued to work at the company simply because they loved too but Clement eventually left after they found out how lonely Amie was realizing he had been selfishly neglecting his sister and that he too missed her company after all she was his best friend and little sister he left the company with his parents permission and order and started hanging around Amie
Now at 16 Clement is trying to keep up with his sister and her Hound Kumaius while also trying to grow and find adventure himself
