As far as a FAQ, I can look back at some of the questions that were commonly popping up that the floating cohosts dealt with last year.

I would also suggest that we get a gold donation/prep rally account, so we could perhaps do a giveaway, or some other fun things! Of course I wouldn't part with my fallen wish but perhaps we could buy another fallen wish and give that one away? Adding to that, I'm not sure that many on last year's ball had the garments you would expect! We could always give away a bundle of tuxedos, etc.
It's definitely a good idea to have the guild all contribute and I think we've gotten to the point where we can set up a thread for that. Then we can move on to the fun planning with the art and graphics (:

Can you elaborate a little on that idea? What I'm picturing right now is similar to some threads that we have but I don't think that what I'm picturing is what you meant. Do you have links to examples, maybe?

That would be a good idea. The main information threads were pretty busy with questions... and I could ask a couple of the co-hosts that were answering questions the most what they remember as being the most commonly asked ones.
I remember seeing a thread where someone was auditioning for Gaiaonline Idol or something and they sang... I dunno. For a video I was thinking it would be a good idea if it were someone who liked being in videos - anyone in the guild come to mind for you?
And yes, we can put music in the video xD

We could do an outright FAQ AND something cute.
Oftentimes I find that FAQ's don't really answer everything, and neither does an over view. So we could do both, to make sure we absolutely don't miss anything.
The over view could be a like... we could write it out as if something creative like an astronomer, or a zodiac themself, or something is speaking, telling a tale on the whole thing.
Detailed, but not too complex. Then the FAQ can be designed pretty - but absolutely straight forward.
That would be a good compromise for the two different formats. One would appeal to folks who like things presented creatively and the other for folks who like it kept simple and straight forward. I like it. We have a few posts to do it in so we'd be able to do that in multiple posts, for sure.
