I have an encounter for your gal Lari. My cheetah Nila is very friendly (and hyper) and is a treasure hunter by trade. She'd probably feel sorry for Lari and hang out with her for a while to cheer her up/look after her. She would totally sit and polish up Lari's jewelry while listening to her vent or talk or whatever.
