Mirai walked over to his desk leaning himself against it before grabbing the sign in sheet to take a look at it. He glance back up at the boy through his mess of hair, "I never canceled class. Kids just don't tend to show up for mine." Mirai added a sarcastic grin before continuing as he looked back down at the paper, "And assumptions will get you in trouble and further more piss me off. Rule number one about me kid is I just don't give a damn. Now, what's your name?"

Anix seemed to return to his regal form as he balanced on Mirai's shoulder but he did not take his eyes off of the boy.

Mirai looked up at the boy with 'not pleased' glance. He paused for a long moment before responding, "Trigger's not a name, it's an attachment." Mirai put the paper back down on the desk and adjusted himself to look at the boy more directly, "As for everything else, if you need a sign to tell you to sit down and shut up we have special classes for children like you." Mirai continued to simply smart off instead of give any valid information that had anything to do with himself or the class. What was apparent was that he was slowly becoming increasingly more irritated with how Trigger was talking to him as every word from the boy seem to just tick him off more and it showed.

Anix looked to Mirai before looking back to the boy. His eyes widening a bit with almost a look of caution. The cat was older then he looked and had been around Mirai for longer then one would think possible. He knew the man well, and he also knew his temperament.

Mirai watched the boy leave, not letting him get a word in, which he wasn't happy about though as the boy left a grin crept onto his features and he chuckled slightly before turning to the cat on his shoulder, "Was it something I said?"

Anix gave Mirai a definite 'Your an a*****e' look before jumping off his shoulder and leaving the p***k to his own devices. His long living friend would always be alone at this rate. To this date a mute demonic cat was the only creature that could stand his company and even Anix found that sad.

Mirai turned back to the door thoughtfully and stared at a long moment before shrugging away the whole encounter as if it never happened.
