Hi, my name is Kenneth Liam Holt.But I mostly go by Ken, or sometimes Liam. I can't decide if I like my first or middle name more.I'm a man. I'm 20 years old. My birthday is August 14, 2004. I work at The Magic Neep, I'm the new owner. Figured I needed something to do, and anyway, when Elliott's a third year at Hogwarts, he'll be able to come see me, since it's in Hogsmeade and all. (Profile posted in Hogwarts for approval) My dream job is (what does your person want to do? Even if you have a job right now, does your character want to do something else?) My blood status is halfblood. The school I attended was the Salem Witches' Institute.The house I was in was Lynx.I was in the class of 2022. I'm interested in women. I'm currently with no one.I may seem like a bit a fool, but I'm really pretty smart, when it comes down to it. Sometimes things take me a bit longer than others to figure out, but it's not because I'm stupid or slow, I just like to consider things very carefully to make sure I don't make a dumb mistake. Plus, I'm pretty stubborn, so experience has taught me to think my choices out, because I'm going to stick by them. I don't change my mind easily, which means that I have to make sure I've covered all my bases before I let myself feel one way or another about something or decided to do one thing or another in a situation. I'm not hardheaded, don't get me wrong; if you prove me wrong I'll admit it. But I think a lot of the time when people try to prove me wrong, they're not seeing the whole picture. I might not be, either, but I usually at least try to consider it before I take a stance. I'm an easy-going guy until you get under my skin, and then I've got a bit of a temper. My father used to say I could go from perfectly happy to completely pissed off in under a second; sometimes I think he was right about that. But it takes a lot to get under my skin at all, so usually the explosion is at least a bit justified. I also enjoy a good laugh, or spending time with people. I'm very social when you get down to it, I don't like being alone.My background story is that I was the first and only son of Joseph and Marie Holt. My father was a wizard, originally from Britain, and my mother was a muggle woman from the American south. I like to think I picked up the best of habits from both of them, that they made me a gentleman. They loved each other a lot; all my memories of the two of them together, they're holding hands, smiling and laughing. They raised me in American, and I attended the Salem Witches Institute, an American school, although mom always loved to tell the story of how my dad tried to get her to 'visit his family' in her third trimester, hoping I'd be born in the UK so I could go to Hogwarts instead. She refused, though. Said the magical world was confusing enough without plucking her out of her country and into another. She died when I was 7, my first year away at Pre-Wiz school, in May. She'd been sick since the Summer before, and just couldn't hold out anymore. She was trying to stay until I got home, so she could say goodbye, dad said. I'm sort of glad she didn't; my last memories of her, she'd only just gotten sick. I didn't see her the way dad did, all thin and pale, like a stranger. That's how he always described her then, like she was a stranger. I think he was ready for her to go long before she did, to be honest. He moved on quick enough; went back to England for to spend time with family and met a woman named Allison. They wrote back and forth and eventually, he was living with her while I was away at school. They were married when I was ten and my younger brother Elliott was born when I was 11. They came to America to live during the Summers, but when I got older, they started staying in England. When I graduated, I didn't see them much. And then, I got a letter, telling me they'd died in an accident, and that I was my brother's new guardian. He'd been born in England and would be attending Hogwarts, so I figured the best thing to do would be to move there. Didn't want to change too much, I knew it'd be hard on him. The whole reason dad had stayed in America during the Summers was so that I didn't have to be uprooted by my mother's death, I figured I owed Elliott the same. It's taken some getting used to, but I'm getting in the swing of things, I think.I enjoy sweet tea, home cooking, warm Summer nights, dancing and fishing. I despise cold weather, being cooped up inside all day, people thinking I'm stupid, being alone and British 'tea.' I'm afraid of screwing up my younger brother by being an awful guardian and getting sick like my mother did.My strengths are that I always think things through and that I stick to my convictions.My flaws are that I've got a bit of a temper and that I'm a little full of myself.I look like Ryan Kwanten.My wand is a eleven inch Ash wand with a Billywig Wing core.My pet is a Scarlet Macaw, which is a type of parrot, for those who don't know. Hi, my name is Elliott Morgan Holt.
But I mostly go by Elliott... sort of hard to shorten that without it sounding like a girl's name.
I'm a boy.
I'm 9 years old.
My birthday is July 14, 2015.
My dream job is... you know, I'm not really sure. Perhaps a professor?
My blood status is pureblood.
The school I will be going to is Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
I'm interested in... well, I don't know, I'm only nine, after all.
I'm currently with no one.
People say that, in a nutshell, I'm very quiet. Especially since my parents died; I've always been pretty introverted, but it's only gotten worse since the accident. Not that I don't like making friends or talking to people, I do, I just... I always get that look, you know? The pitying on, the, 'oh, you poor dear with your dead parents' look. It's sort of annoying, really. Because of that, I generally prefer books to people. I'm very clever, or so my father always said. Quiet and clever... I showed my first sign of magic at a very young age, apparently, much younger than my older brother Kenneth. I also find magic fascinating; it's hard not to, really. I mean, I've grown up around it, but that doesn't make it any less interesting, especially knowing that some people can't do it. I have a knack for it, I think. Hard to tell since I've not really been taught any yet, but I did a lot of accidental magic after the first time, so maybe I'll be very good at it, who knows? I'm also very mature for my age; sometimes I'm more mature than Ken is, I think, but don't tell him I said that.
My background story is that I'm the younger son of Joseph Holt and the only son of his second wife Allison. I have an older brother named Kenneth, who is eleven years older than me. His mother died when he was seven and father met my mother the next year. Typically, we spent the Summers in America, since Kenneth was from there and he attended the American school rather than Hogwarts, the only exception until he was old enough to be by himself was the year I was born. Mother and Father stayed in England that Summer and brought Ken over here so that I'd be born here and be eligible to attend Hogwarts. Then we spent each Summer in America and the rest of the year at home. My childhood was pretty typical until last year when my parents died. They were going out for the evening and decided to take a taxi. It was in a horrible accident and they... they didn't make it. Then there was this big debate over who would care for me until the legal people found my father's final official will. It said that Kenneth was to be my guardian; the one before that had listed a distant aunt, but when Ken graduated father named him instead, since he was of age. I don't think anyone expected Ken to have to raise me, but it is what it is. I don't mind, really; I love my brother, even if we're worlds apart from one another. I just miss my parents, mostly. And sometimes it's hard to believe Ken and I are even related at all; he's so American about some things.
I enjoy reading, quiet evenings at home, the snow, a warm cup of tea and the smell of pine needles.
I despise loud noise, people who don't know when to stop talking, the music my brother listens to, greasy foods and cleaning my bedroom.
I'm afraid of something happening to my brother and banshees.
My strengths are that I'm very smart and very level-headed.
My flaws are that I cry easily and I'm very absent-minded.
I look like Freddie Highmore (ages 9-14) and Colin Morgan (age 15+)
My pet is a black rabbit, who I've named Merlin. Ken bought him for me as a sort of 'we're stuck together' gift. I mean, that's not what he called it, but it sort of felt like it. "Sorry mum and dad are dead, here's a bunny!" It's okay though; I appreciate the thought. Besides, he is a nice little guy.

It is known for selling fresh produce grown locally by farmers in the Scottish countryside. The shop was recently purchased by Kenneth Liam Holt, a newcomer to the British Isles, originally from America. The shop is his attempt at finding something to do with his time and a way to earn an honest living. The shop is not overly large, but it is organized efficiently to provide sufficient space for its customers. Kenneth is also interested in teaching cooking lessons and is more than willing to help a customer out if they are trying to decide what sort of foods to buy and what to do with them.spaceCurrently, Kenneth is the only employee of the shop, and he is unsure if hiring help will be necessary.
