The new storm trooper look is pretty sweet, it's a nice blend of the 2nd edition plastics, their replacement metals, with hints of the Kasrkin design and above all else, a style of their own. I like them.
Also digging the codex cover, a commissar, yes! Called it!
As for the Taurox.. I may get one as a riot suppression vehicle or the like, depending on the weapon options and whatever special scenario I can s**t out. While it does not fit in with the rest of the Guard motorpool, it has some things going for itself, including plenty of lion iconography, which has more or less been established as the totem animal of the Imperial Guard in art for some time now, glad to see them finally putting it to use.

I'm not entirely sold on the Taurox, but I can definitely see it as an Arbites urban assault vehicle of sorts. I think more Ork players will buy one for conversion purposes than IG players will get them.

I actually like the half-tracked trukk the orks made the Taurox rather than the original (which I'm certain is where the Ork Battlewagon kit is supposed to "come from"). I's supposed to be a battlewagon, but that Taurox is is too damn weedy for a proppa battlewagon.

Uhm, they need to make less use of bright colours for the serious military faction.
