So I don't what's up with me but since I had started school(2013-2014) , my hair is getting SUPER OILY only on the second day. I don't know if its caused by puberty or something but its definitely not comfortable. Any advice to stop this?

It's a result of puberty.
So to stop it: figure out how to stop puberty.
To deal with it: Try to stop washing your hair, and only condition it for a week. Only wash it once every 2-3 days. The oils that keep your hair from getting greasy get washed out if you wash to much.
Other possibilities is changing your shampoo every once in a while. Since your hair gets used to it.

There's this really neat product I like to use sometimes called "dry shampoo." You can spray it in your hair without washing your hair, brush it in, and it takes the oily look out of your hair. Here's a link to some Got2B brand dry shampoo at Walmart. That's the kind I use, and I love it. It's very affordable, too.

Use a tiny amount of dry shampoo (there are sprays and powders) or regular baby powder (in small quantities) before bedtime. Rolling around in bed massages the product into your scalp and roots, absorbing your hair's natural oils. smile

Also a tip: If you have dark hair, like I do, and baby powder seems to ligthen your hair and make it look weird, you can use cocoa powder instead! Plus, it makes your hair smell like chocolate which is fun.

This is something I still struggle with and I'm in my 30's now. Make sure when you condition you only use a little bit and apply it to the ends of your hair only. That helps a bit. The dry shampoos are nice too and if the expense gets to be too much you can make them pretty easily out of stuff you probably already have in your kitchen.
