Background before Joining the Military: Jake grew up in the same village as Buingu although they where close friends. Jake was not around for a event and Buingu drifted away from Jake. Other than that he grew up with his family and sister. He knew he had some magic in him but was disappointed when it was less than even a old witch making him useless in fights. This spurred him into learning mechanics and cooking to help with the outposts
Personality: Jake is a quiet person due to being seen as worthless a lot of the time. Even though he repairs and maintains most of the strikers on the base. If people talk to him however he opens up and happily will chat to them if he inst working on something critical.
Background after Joining the Military: Jake hasn't been in the military that long and has only just got thought basic training, it was during training that they found out he was very good with snipers although he wouldn't be much use against Neuroi. This assignment is his first and Secretly he is glad that he met Buingu here.
