Not interested. For starters, I'm only ALMOST 18, not yet. But really, none of it would interest me. I'm not too eager to step in the "adult" world yet. I wouldn't want to see porn, or otherwise 18+ images floating around. Teen is perfect for me. It's not as if Gaia's a kid's site where almost every other word is censored, I don't see why that would need to change.

How suspicious. xd I'd ask around in site feedback; I'm not really sure how this rumour started, but a lot of people in the GCD and SF seem to know a fair bit about it. It's probably based on a survey that was released, or something like that.

It was never just a rumour. Soon after, I believe is when Gaia started messing with everything. So some think it's because a new site is being developed.

Honestly, I can only assume it's another money making scheme. The Gaiaonline we know seems to have slipped away, and is replaced with a hoarding dragon. They release cash shop items almost daily. The importance of the monthly is now a moot point.
Gaia has worked so hard to remain family friendly, why would they now suddenly turn their eye towards the adult functions? They aren't making the money they want. Maybe if they fixed the issues that we requested need repairing, more people would be happy with spending money on them.
Some of you have brought up really important points. Where's the social media connection? Why can't upload images directly to Gaia? Why do the guilds remain unchanged after all these years?
An overhaul is long over do.

Yeah, I agree with a lot of what has been said already..
I could very much get on board with the new 18+ site if it meant a fresh start, with a more developed storyline, more involved events and less random spamming - but I think it's more likely that the only difference with the new site will be even higher cash shop prices, real money gambling and less moderation of porn spam xP

There is NO filter of porn, albeit there is a physical forum it belongs in on there. Random d**k pics erywhere. All it is is another Reddit/tumbler but with a tall avatar-and on there, you can directly buy gold.
