Would this break the game?

I started a new game on my white 2 to get Resham with Modest Nature along with Kyurem with Modest Nature.

and I Just wondering,
If I were to trade a Dragonite or a Salamence off of My Black 2, before I get the National deck in White 2 would it break the game, or would just have ??? were the Dex No. would be until you get the National Deck?
