Hello everyone! I'm new so I apoligize if this is in the wrong spot.
I am going to be getting my first BJD very soon! Resinsoul Tang just caught my eye and heart. Yes, I'm on a budget and the Resinsoul's are on the cheaper side but money aside I just LOVE the way he looks. I then surfed several, and I mean SEVERAL, different doll sites but the whole time I wanted the Resinsoul Tang.
I read reviews on Resinsoul on DoA and all the reviews were extremely positive, I was wondering what your take was? Because now a SECOND doll has caught my attention and I am afraid I'm going to become a Resinsoul junky D= in all honesty I just really like the way the dolls look 0.o
Anyways, what do you guys think?? Help for a newbie?? (also is there a thread in here for people who are about to buy a doll and don't know what else to buy? Like to make sure you have at home and ready for the arrive of your new doll? I like to be prepared lol)

Resinsoul is a good company. Compared to the price their sculpting is fantastic, but some of their engineering is questionable. They can do all the basic poses like standing, sitting, arms up, arms forward, arms down, but beyond that some of the models just can't pose as well as other companies. Their resin is very light and plastic-y feeling compared to other companies, but their colors are super even and the texture of the resin is very smooth and easy to work with.
Overall I think they're a good company for beginners and experts alike. Just be aware that their bodies tend to be slimmer and the feet smaller than most others of their size, which can make finding fitted clothing a little challenging. But if you can sew, there's no problem!
