Personality: Pansy, like his chosen, is an active-minded but otherwise scatterbrained doe who eagerly chases Larkspur around on his daily errands. He is, however, left behind with darling Marigold and Lady Chrysanthemum more often than he would like, as a consequence of Larkspur being unsure how to manage taking care of his buck between other more heir-like duties. As a result, Pansy feeds off of his chosen's sister and her ambitions tenfold, making him a somewhat cumbersome charge for Larkspur to deal with. Despite Larkspur's consternation over Pansy's hyperactivity, the heir does appreciate many of the things the buck provides that his sister-- and, to his opinion, the rest of his family and its associates-- do not provide, including respect, admiration, and open love.

Story: Sir Larkspur is an ambitious young noble and heir of the Fitzpercy line. As a child, he grew up with tales of faraway Airelund and his charges there, allowing him to formulate quiet plans for when he became Earl Ranelagh. He's quickly come to realize that these plans were very far-fetched and incredibly romantic, however, and is working on shouldering more realistic tasks to get more immediate concerns addressed. Unfortunately, Larkspur finds it difficult not to over-idealize and takes it upon himself to get as many things done as possible by himself, making him ever-so-busy. On the off-chance that Larkspur finds it in himself to take a break, he chooses to do so by doting and spoiling his younger sister and cousins with elaborate gifts. To Chrysanthemum, his younger sister, he owes the greatest attentions, and he spends many evenings inquiring about her day and gifting her with books of Airish tales and scholarly literature. As the years have passed, however, Larkspur finds that these books have helped make her quite heady, making it difficult for him to command her proper respects.
