At some unknown point in the past, the Monarchy ordered the construction of an underground city below this district, but the plan was abandoned during construction. This left unused tunnels below the city. There is a large open area that is stable where the city would have gone and the tunnels still reside. Some tunnels have been worn out from the year so be careful when venturing down here.
