Non-playing characters (NPC) are characters that won't be used on a regular basis. Most of these characters are drill sergeants/trainers and consist of other characters that are not too fair to use all the time. NPCs will aid others in the world. Only Crew members, Vice Captains, and Captain may use these characters. Only the Captain and Vice Captain(s) may make profiles of NPCs.
