Naomi nods after a moment of thought on the healing house "I guess that's as good a place as any." Naomi stands up and reaches a hand down to offer Menolly a hand up. Hearing the child's proclamation of 'same' another time all Naomi could do was shake her head, she would have to ponder the idea more later, it was already getting late and they had a ways to go still and now even further with the detour to take Alma to the healing house... if she could remember it's exact location.

Menolly took Naomi's hand when it was offered, standing up with the aid, "Thank you, Naomi." Letting go of the other angel, she turned to pick up the child. Alma had offered no resistance in getting lifted. Naomi had obviously helped the child with her power; however, Menolly didn't want to risk there being further injuries. The healing house would see to finishing the great job Naomi had started.
"If memory serves," that she meant seriously, her memory was shot and things had changed so much since then, "The healing house would be in the woods towards the edge of the island. At least it was when the island was still floating." Would it still be there? Looking up, the angel was debating between walking or flying up to get a better view.
Alma clung to the pea, warping her arms around the adult's neck and resting her head on the other's shoulder. Screaming and crying tired her out. Now that she was sure she was fine, the child started to drift off to sleep to regain the energy she had expelled.

"Well lets get moving then, we'll detour to the house first and then finish our trek" She turned towards the direction they needed to go and headed out. She couldn't be upset that the child stopped comparing her and Menolly, it was leaving her confused about it all. Naomi hoped the house was still in the direction she thought it was and not gone like the HQ was

A short trek through the trees and the familiar house appeared. It was still there and the door even appeared to be open. Were the expected? Without hesitating, Menolly kept walking up to the door where she could hand Alma over to a trusted caretaker who would make sure she was fully healed and returned home.
Stepping back she spoke to Naomi, "I am glad this still exists, without the HQ, there is at least one safe place left in all the new." If for whatever reason she needed to leave the family, perhaps overstaying her welcome, she knew where to go. "You did a great job with Alma, Naomi." The praise was meant, while she had help calm the child, the healing was all Naomi.
