________________Located at the "end of the world," this freezing wasteland is a death trap for passing ships. The immense icebergs stretch underwater twice the distance they reach above, and can tear apart a ship foolish enough to try to pass through. While the seas are dangerous, the land is equally deadly. Freezing temperatures and harsh conditions will kill those who try to trek through the arctic unprepared. Around, animals adapted to the temperatures can be found, though they are rather sparse, and should not be bothered. At night, a beautiful display of dancing lights in the sky almost makes the struggle to survive worth the land's natural beauty.
