I have a Delcatty (or a Skitty if you prefer) up for trade. As far as I know, there isn't anything special about either of them so what are you willing to trade?

Kyrenx I have a Delcatty (or a Skitty if you prefer) up for trade. As far as I know, there isn't anything special about either of them so what are you willing to trade? Sorry Skitty now, I now need a Shiny Eevee and or pokemon

I have a Feebas I got via the Wonder Trade I can breed, but I have no idea what its IVs are (or how to check), and I'm not entirely certain how trading & friend codes work on the 3DS (using my boyfriend's because I can't afford my own yet).
