Personality- Kotoura is a shy person. Overall she is a nice person. She doesn't like to be around most people. The only thing she really wants to do is be inside and read manga. Then there is a side of her that wants to be popular and have friends. She usually shuts out people of the fear of being hurt.
Sacred Gear- (Tattoo on her arm. Tells her how much energy she has.) She can slow down time for a maximum of 20 seconds in normal time. Basically 20 seconds to her is really 30 minutes when she uses this power. She can only use this ability twice a day because of the amount of energy it consumes. She can roam around normally during the time that she has slowed down.
