Yes and you are able to choose whether you want someone as a VC or one of the the two levels below VC. We will be adding more once we have most of the rosé groups filled.

Yes and you are able to choose whether you want someone as a VC or one of the the two levels below VC. We will be adding more once we have most of the rosé groups filled.

to be totally honest I dont know what the power levels are like as in average and compared to the captains so its a hard call to make. Ill put her under the vice rose for now if thats ok? again not sure what to do here XD

For the rosé groups the captain is strongest since they are the original Duelists of the roses, then the VCs are basically like student council while levels below then are like hall monitors. Power levels they range about the same between VC and the rest of the group . VC is an assistant to the captain and the rest of the group are like assistants to the VC even though they run about the same . HOpe that gives a better understanding. Or for example think of Bleach's court guard squads.
