I hope that no one will put me down if I put my two cents here, but I'll go ahead since were all civilized right?
Now I apologize if what I'm typing is 'redundant' but I'm expressing thoughts on the whole system.

Having Rose Duelists made the school seem like they had their elitists, which is kinda necessary for any type of 'school' to exist.
Granted those who couldn't get those positions often then were

A: Jealous
B: Willing to fight to obtain them
C: Followers

Nothing wrong with any of those listed above or any that I may have missed.
Frankly I was part of one of those groups for a while in an old guild.

Now as I've talked with Siera about, with new Duelists coming into the scene and groups or 'houses' now coming into play, this takes the followers into a whole new p.o.v.

You'll now have those who are freelancers, people who continue to do the same things they've been doing without any rules, regulations, or responsibilities to any parson or group.
Then you have newest recruits of the groups. Footsoldiers in sense.
Then the people who've been around a while, but not too long. Regulars
Then the veterans off the groups. Veterans
Then the Inner Circle
Then the Leader.

This type of setup offers a lot of people to get involved, and gets people going sometimes to keep a guild active. But then people start wondering the eternal question. Which group is best for me? People will choose based on a few basic concepts. Strength, Members, Activity, and other such things. Then they'll look at it via their RPC and then they'll want the best of both worlds. Afterwards they join, find out they don't like the group, and then what? They quit or just become obsolete and quit the guild because of inactivity.
Theme's are invaluable in this case, as each group begins to not only begins to have their own persona, but their image, stereotype, and then fame. But the theme should really be left up to the Rose Duelist themselves. While the pink rose may an unsuitable color for say, a 'powerhouse macho' student, if the Rose House is full of strong students, then wouldn't they fell more obliged to join more, without looking necessarily at the color?
Then the problem arises about leadership. What if someone isn't there anymore? I'd suggest then that The Inner Circle takes the responsibility to kinda vote out the old leader and vote in a new one. Lots of way to incorporate the inner circle besides that though, you can do more like help issues within the group, mediate things between groups, or just go and announce all out war!

I was thinking of us only adding 3 to 4 positions on each rosé group. This way it still keeps it small. And the Duelists of the Rosé captains can choose their co-captain from those that apply for Duelists positions. I don't want the groups to be too big no more then 3 or 4 added to it. The Rosé captains will still be the elites handling the job of school protectors and the only ones allowed at duel rosé tower. While the co-captains will be the more student council like group that meet at the Student Council room they will handle the minor meetings for the school, all maijor this like security and or involving the Katsu sekkens will be the rosé captains. While the members sound then will be like school hall monitors and helpings day to day duties with the students.

only those my crew are able to edit the areas and those that are non-crew are not able to. For all non crew just quote me here but I am thinking about making all rosé Duelists captains part of the crew. As to pm me I'm unsure as to why the pm is not working. I'll try too see what's going on with my pm

im thinking a limit of three ranks under the rosé captain. So like the Rosé Captain - handles all maijor issues, protecting and running of the academy. The Vicecaptain who will handle all minor issues with the students and help out the rosé captains. Then 2 ranks under the VCs and these two could be the Duelists that follow orders fr the captain or VC. But I need help with the Duelist application form in the Duelists area forum I want to make the form look better. Also for the two pr three positions under the VC they could be maybe challenges by students who aren't Duelists to take their place and then those under the VC can/maybe challenge the VC for their position. Only the rosé captain'a position will always remain the same.
I see, I'll get to work on it in the systems.
