Is simply to be nicer to people and ignore the small picture things and look forward to the big. Instead of berating and bashing the new guys I want to help them. But the new guys need to have respect for the people like myself who love doing this. What I mean by respect is not kissing our a** for pushes or becoming friends with us but by saying comments I've recently heard about people not loving this and doing this for achievements. I'll say it once and once only, don't question someone elses love for this because everyone does. If you actually take time out of your life to come and do this everyday, its more to it than you not having a life. I have said this a bunch of times that I love this, and I know Devan and Brody along with Alvin does too. But that's just my resolution, what's your guys?
