Chosen: Deryn Jones (not up yet), but she's a crossdressing runaway after her parents wanted to put her in an asylum for her aggressive and unladylike behavior.
Personality: A feminine doe to her hypermasculine and young chosen, Minerva's eyes are always full of a cold wisdom. She tries to show no affection, and give only guidance to her chosen, a silent guardian.

Chosen: Her chosen is going to be a pickpocket, with a useful pretty distracting doe who disappears so well it's almost odd - along with your purse.
Personality: Oh, darling! Aren't you a drab little thing? No worries, just admire me, I'm sure my beauty will make you feel better. Yes, yes, look at me, see my markings? Don't they look so resplendent against my white fur? No, no, no! Don't look over there! There is no one important over there, and I am over here.
Beauty doesn't mean stupidity, Calithea will show you. A clever doe who uses her beauty to distract and then disappears silently and almost magically. Her Chosen is her partner, and he appeals to her intelligence rather than her vanity, for she loves a challenge and the thrill of winning.

Personality:
As a fawn, Ainara enjoyed watching others, but would vanish at the first sign of interaction. She was like a little bird, flitting from one thing to another, curiously exploring, never still for long.
Now, Ainara is like winter.
She is like falling snow; soft-mannered and silent, calm and gracious. Like the blanketing snow shields nature from the harshest of winter, Ainara exuberates a promise of shelter from the wintry seasons in one's life, whatever it may be, if only for a moment. Incredibly tolerant - some would say to a fault - she will lend her ear to anyone, not just her chosen. She may not agree with everything she hears, but she is slow to anger, and slow to judge.
With an exterior often as still as a frozen lake, Ainara tends to communicate with her eyes alone. Most of the time, her eyes are warm and welcoming, and her quiet patience seemingly infinite. Should that patience run out, however...

Personality: In short, rough around the edges and horribly lazy. This couch potato despises anything that requires her to move from her usual relaxing spot and is the first one to complain when something goes wrong. Even so, she's somewhat amiable and enjoys the occasional company of her peers.

Personality: Silent, intense, protective. Yra stays in the background and observes her surroundings for the most part, stepping forward only when she deems it necessary. And when she does take a stand on something, it is nigh impossible to get her to back down. She never gets loud or angry, though, only firmly resolved in her actions, and will resort to staring someone down if need be.

Thank you everyone for entering! Judging was hard, everyone's entries were really neat and put a unique spin on this lovely lady and everyone's haikus were very inspired! In the end, it came down to personality and the necessity of a tie breaker. I felt it only right that an intense and protective doe be in the hands of one yet to be distracted by other Wardens. Please everyone congratulate her on her first deer! I trust she'll take good care of her, just as she'll take care of her chosen. Take her Totem and Uncert from the first post and head on over to the certing thread!
