This guild has sort of been going down hill in terms of member activity, and that makes me very sad.

I know we still have some active crew (although I don't think I've really seen anyone besides Ophelia and me within the past few months...is Islamic Teacher crew?) and we have some active newer members, but folks...if we get new, enthusiastic members, and they find our guild to be a ghost town, they're not going to stay active! Just goes to reason.

So, if you are a crew member and you haven't been active in the past two or three months, perhaps you may want to consider stepping aside and becoming a regular member, leaving space for someone more active to take your place in running the guild. I'm not even sure who are captain(s) and/or vice captain(s) are, because unless I've really missed something, they haven't been very active at all.

This guild has great potential. Please don't let what happens to every other guild on Gaia happen to this guild. If you're on crew and you no longer have the time to keep the guild running, that's fine. A demotion isn't a punishment. It doesn't mean we love you any less. Just please put aside personal pride and either step up your game, or step aside and let someone else shoulder your burdens.

I know full well I should be doing more, and I absolutely intend to. And if I start slacking, I sincerely hope that someone will call me out on it.

We need to breathe some new life into this guild. I'm going to make a sticky where people can brainstorm some suggestions.

This announcement is a wake-up call. If you are on the crew of this guild (especially high-ranking crew like captain or vice captain), please, PLEASE either step up your game, or step aside to make room for more active members to step up and help get this guild up and running again.
