I say... if you're running so many tribute monsters, throw in a MAGNET CIRCLE LV2 and about 2-3 ANCIENT GEARs... special summon one with the Circle, and use their abilities to Special Summon the Rest from your hand for instant Tributes for your CORE monsters... Gradius works somewhat well in the deck...

But a COST DOWN is great in that deck with "Magnet Circle LV2" combo! Maybe one of the "Batterymen" can help you out in the deck......

EDIT:
Definitly a SWORDS OF REVEALING LIGHT, Snatch Steal, Call of the Haunted, Premature Burial, Breaker the Magical Warrior all in there, they're called STAPLE cards, they ALWAYS go in any deck sicne they're the foundaries for EVERY deck...

Edit2: Get rid of the Platforms, they're just junk when you can't get a good monster to attack, whic makes you defend... much more they're easilly broken by most staple cards when equips, and trampled into mash when left alone...

My personal opinion, is that there are too many monsters. I understand, that you may be looking for an absolute powerhouse beat down, but... This deck, with it's top heavy monsters will more slow you down, than to speed you up.

Cyber Dragons and Proto Cyber Dragons are an excellent choice. Ever thought about Magnet Circle LV2 and Inferno Reckless Summon? Special summon the Proto Cyber Dragon, then use that.. Special Summon your 3 Cyber Dragons. Easy for beat down, right there. That can also help with fusing into Cyber Twin/Cyber End Dragon.

Machine King Prototype is another great addition, seeing as it's a 1600 lv 3 monster Slipping past the annoying Gravity binds and Level Limits. If you're wanting that " Special Summoning Beat down, " Then you'd have to think of a way to speed this bad boy up. Too many monsters will lead to horrible top decks.

Some of the staple traps and magic cards could go well in this deck. Lower the monster limit, and you got yourself a fine deck. I fine that B.E.S Core/Big Core/Etc. To be utterly useless, though. ~ Shrugs. ~ I'd say remove that stuff for the Jin ho ( Jinzo. )

Edit: Proto Cyber Dragon is LV3, so it won't work properly with IRS. Though, there are ways to special summon that proto and make it work. >.>; I'm ... not going to list them all.

It's a lvl 7 Machine-type monster. Its effect is "Put 2 spell counters on this card when you Normal Summon it. This card is not destroyed as a result of battle. If this card battles a monster, toss a coin and call it at the end of the Damage step. If you call it wrong, remove 1 counter. If this monster battles without a counter, destroy this card at the end of the Damage step." It's ATK is 2500 and it's DEF is 800. Its number is SOI-EN013 and it is a Super Rare card.

I would have probably gave you 1 a little while ago, because I was swimming in them at the sneak preview. I swear all I ever got from SOI are either barrier dragons or BES covered cores (oh and tons of proto cyberdragons)

Now my say on the deck is that it's not focused. You have like three or four themes going. I'd suggest you should stick either to cyber dragon or V-Z. You can keep in maybe the machine king's, but I were to use this deck I'd probably take out Machine King since I don't think he is worth the tribute.

Once you have a focused theme add in some basic cards: MST, heavy, dust, sakuretsu, snatch steal, magic jammer, swords of revealing light, ect....

Now, I'd also add in a limiter remover, since it could help with a nice finisher.

And...if you're going V-Z, I'd suggest you either go union or not, because if you're going union you should add in all those supports because if you don't then the deck starts to work a little clunky.
