Squee! A birthday party for Laylana!..Granted, her birthday was yesterday >.> But weekends are always better for people! Everyone is invited, and there will be lots of food and drinks, and even party favors and some art! Stick around a while! biggrin
And for those of you who need to know >.> The party is being held at Skye's house, (sorry I have no picture references) in the livingroom downstairs. And outside too, for games. The livingroom is huge, and all the furniture seems to have been moved off to the sides, to make room for food tables and chairs. There seems to be enough room for everybody if needed!

Keir wandered up the street, avoiding the cracks on the pavements to absorb as much time as possible....Before gazing down at the invite and snorting a little. This was sure to be interesting, but beated spending the rest of the day with Seeno, he'd planned quality time; but luckily it was avoided..
Crumpling up the paper and stuffing it in her pouch, she knocked on the door, and stood back, taking a long sigh. What kind of fa'e was gonna open it? She had a rough idea, and sadly, she didn't know if she'd actually like her, from the invites appearance she imagined a colourful, sparkly, energetic, hyper girl of some sort. Man. This sure would be interesting.

Lana jumped off the couch at the sound of someone at the door. Someone actually came! Yay! She rushed to the door, and ended up sliding past it a little ways, almost hitting the wall. Note to self...No more wearing socks on a hardwood floor.. Shut up brain stare
She opened the door and looked down at the cat-girl in front of her, blinking. "Hello!" she said nervously. Someone she hadn't met before..Well, Flarie had said she invtited everybody. "I'm Laylana...Uhm...You can call me Lana? What's your name?" She tried to be as friendly as possible, but it was hard, being nervous like this..

Rayne looked around the down at an invitation. She wasnt sure if she had met the Fa'e that the birthday party was for but she had come none the less and bearing in hand a small jewelry box containing a present for Lana. She now only had to find the place on the invite and the birthday girl herself.
Standing at her side holding her hand was the little dragon Sin'aeis Yukito. He was looking around curiously as it was a new place for him. Seeing the place on the invite the two headed towards it.

Keir peered at Lana and sighed slightly, taking a step back, examining her carefully. "Keir," she snorted and looked inside, "Seeno told me to bring you something so I uh..." She handed her brown package, smothered in pink glitter. She looked away and smiled, "so.. I can come in now right?"
She remained calm, but felt out of place, as though she didn't belong in this party. It wasen't fair at all. It was Seeno's fault for sending her along, why couldn't she have just walked away? But maybe she could play along, after all, there'd be cakes and allsorts; perfect for a hungry tummy.

She blinked at the package, having not expected to get anything really, and stepped back from the doorway. "Yes! Come in, make yourself at home, there's lots of food and stuff...And maybe if others show up, we can play some party games!"
Her eyes wandered up to the people coming down the path, and she decided it best to stand at the door for another few moments, until they got here. She didn't want to walk away yet, that'd be rude..

Rayne gave the girl at the door a smile, she was going to go out on a limb here and guess that this girl was the Laylana from the invitation. She had the look and feel of a Fa'e to Rayne. She hoped that she had met enough of them that she could guess well. "Hello. Your Laylana right?" She asked hoping she was right, "I'm Rayne and this little one is Yukito. We got an invitation to your party." She held out the small box, "I wasnt sure what to get you so I made you another piece of jewelry I hope you dont mind."  (Click on it for Present! heart ))

She nodded, "Yes, I'm lana...Nice to meet you! I know..You gave me a flutterby necklace before! I still have it upstairs, heh. Thank you very much! Feel free to come in, help yourself to whatever you want, there's lots of food and stuff..."

*amilu wanders in* Happy birthday. I got hte card a few days ago. Not sure what it is you want exactly however. XP You will have to tell me.
How is the party going so far.

Keir slinked in, making her way for a seat... She'd just sit and block out everyone else, wait for the end of the party and quietly leave... Half of her still wondered what was wrapped up in the paper for Lana. If only she'd opened it and kept whatever it was for herself. Seeno was quite well off, maybe it was something expensive.
She sank into the chair and shut her eyes, strands of her long black hair rubbing against her face, she sank further, knees outward, arms at either side.
( I've got Lana a present, do you want to tell me when shes gonna open the present? And I can post the image? ^__^;; )
