In the lesser-used area of the Amagi INN, an empty room, to be precise, sat three people, Leonardo Mori, Asuka Bokuro and Yukiko Amagi. "Are you ready?" Asuka spoke up, the three of them sitting in a triangle-like setting. "Ready." Leon said, "Yes, I'm ready." Yukiko responded, nodding. Asuka herself nodded, "Alright, Join your hands and interlock your fingers." The young summoner said with a serious air about her. She had to be serious in order to do this, after all. Not doing so could have negative effects for all three of them. Leon and Yukiko did as instructed, holding up their hands and locking their fingers together, Leon looked Yukiko in the eyes, smiling. "Yukiko, thank you again for letting me do this.", the black haired girl shook her had and smiled back, "It's alright, Leon. I understand why you have to do this." "Enough you two. You need to focus." Asuka spoke up again, placing a hand on both of their heads, "Now, close your eyes." The two did so, as did Asuka, before she started to give off a faint blue light, converging at her hands. "Now, clear your minds. Yukiko, open your mind to Leon. Leon, Allow your mind to be moved, think of what it is you seek in Yukiko's psyche, and move toward it.", Leon felt as if his mind had left his body, he felt weightless, as if he was floating. "Now... open your eyes." Leon did so, only to be met with a vision of darkness. No, a single figure very close, long black hair, clad in a fancy pink dress. Yukiko's shadow. "Yukiko..." As the shadow met eyes with him, it smiled, "Hello, my knight." she said in a bright, but clearly melancholy tone, "It's... Been a long time... I'm-" Leon was cut off by the shadow embracing him, rather aggressivley, while sobbing, "I'm sorry... It wasn't until I was fading away when I thought... When I regretted everything I did to you... I'm so, so sorry..." Leon shook his head, but returned her embrace, raising a hand to the back of her head, "It's okay, Yukiko. I'm just glad I could see you again." The shadow hugged tighter, "The love I showed, the love you felt and showed in kind... None of it was fake, despite my actions, I did truly love you, Leon." The two stood as they were for a few moments, "I know for a fact the love I felt for you wasn't fake. I hold no ill will toward you, but..." The shadow nodded, before releasing the embrace and planting her hands on Leon's shoulders, "But ultimately, we could never be together, myself and the Yukiko you know don't share the same feelings... There is no way I can exist in this form in your world while Yukiko does." Despite the tears in her eyes, she smiled. "It's time for you to move on, Leon. I love you, but... We both know it can never be. Just promise you won't forget about me, my knight in shining armor." Leon pulled the shadow into another hug, as tears started to form in his own eyes, he held her as tight as he could, "I promise. My dear princess..." They stayed again for a few moments, Yukiko's shadow dragging Leon into a deep, loving kiss, before the shadow became Etherial, and a force started pulling Leon away, he held out his hand as his love was taken further and further away, though before she vanished, Leon heard her voice once more, "I'll always love you, Leon." And with Leon's mind being returned to his corporeal flesh, so at last closed the story of Princess Yukiko, and her loyal knight in shining armor.

Quote: Submission By: Hibarii Chan Submission Title: Characters: Nonito Nekata and Nia Ueda Text: “Nia! Quick! We mustn’t take too long! Who knows what other evil deeds this mysterious demon must be doing to the good people of this town!”
A sigh escaped a green-haired girl standing just a few steps behind the self-proclaimed Kuzunoha, visually uncomfortable and in a good need for a hot cocoa. A thick scarf was covering the lower half of her face, and she seemed to be covered in three or four layers of coats. Still, she seemed to shrink into herself every time a cold gust of wind hit her frame, the snowflakes sticking to her emerald hair and lashes. “But Nito I told you! This isn’t a demon’s doing…” the assistant tried explaining for the umpteenth time, but not unlike the first thousand times, she was interrupted when eccentric summoner stepped closer to her and placed a gloved finger to her lips.
“Nonsense, Nia! Don’t you see! These lights are completely unnatural. What about the overly cheerful snowman over there? It is smiling too much. Probably planning something…And the decorations on the trees? Don’t you think it is suspicious to even think of decorating a pine tree? All this stinks, if you ask me…” Narrowed eyes meticulously observed the spheres and ornaments on the tree, a finger poking it, making it to fall and shatter into pieces. A foot brushed a bit of snow to cover the broken glass ornament just as the girl pushed him away from the scene even if curious eyes stayed glued to the red and green pieces on the white ground.
Despite the strangeness of it all, there was something about the decorations, and how the little lights shone that intrigued the pink haired summoner. Not to mention how everyone seemed nicer this season: singing and giving random candy canes. It was kind of nice, he agreed, but still! That didn’t solve the mystery! And he wouldn’t let that slide! That wasn’t what detectives did, after all. He’d investigate what made Christmas so special even if it was the last thing he did! “I have a plan. Listen close, Nia… I’ll have Grumpy Santa pretend to listen to what children want for Christmas! While he does that, I’ll be…-“
“Nito,” the girl whined, a pout in her lips, “This is Chriiiistmas! You know…the holiday? For families to be together and couples to cuddle close. The time to spread cheer and joy! To sing carols and just enjoy each other’s company. There is no mystery to it. And no demons either, you know…” Her green hair bobbed up and down to emphasize her point, hands on her lips.
They had been moving around the town for a while, Nito gushing over the Christmas decorations for town. It was actually cute, now that she thought about it, seeing his eyes glimmer and his mouth open with little ‘ooohs’ and ‘aaahs’ each time the small train in the Christmas villa display passed under the small ice bridge; seeing as he moved from one place to the next in genuine curiosity, regarding the mistletoe as some strange alien plant; seeing him plop into the snow to make a snow angel and then standing in front of it, pondering, almost as if by doing so, he’d resolve some old mystery. Yeah, it was amusing …even if it meant she had to freeze up as she tried catching up with him, and stopping him from causing too much trouble. It was as if she was with a child, excited and confused by the decorations and cheer in the air. Of course…no child would think Christmas was some machination created by some demon, but…yeah. Kind of the same thing, really. Sorta. Kinda. Still…she couldn’t remember when had been the last time she had been this excited about Christmas…perhaps back at the orphanage when she had found Yatsufusa, or like she preferred to call him, Marshmallow. What? She had been six when she named him. That Christmas she had decorated the tiny tree by the park with any little thing she had found: bottle caps, old wrapping paper, and even some small ornaments she had ‘borrowed’ from the nicer tree in the orphanage. That tree though, she had been able to call her own. And she had been so very proud of it. For a six-year- old with nothing to lose, and only her dog to make her company, that had been the best Christmas ever.
"Togetherness, hmm?" Nito's voice snapped the girl from her trance, already slightly fearing what he'd say next by the way he pinched his chin in thought. "So there's an enchantment over the town making everyone feel grateful and 'united'...but I don't feel a thing apart from normal!” Nito mused, making the girl to let out a sigh. He had it all wrong…but well, that wasn’t exactly unusual, was it? "No, that's not right...the only one I feel close to is you..."
And that definitely took the girl off guard.
"What about you, Nia? Are you feeling any sort of affection or togetherness with anyone?" He continued, getting closer to her, taking her cheeks in his hands, squeezing just slightly as she examined her very closely. If his assistant was in some kind of enchantment, he'd notice. Though, there was nothing wrong with her, now that he looked closely. Except the bright color on her cheeks. Interesting. "Wow. Much cute. So romance. Many kawaii. Wow."
A Shiba Inu rested just a few feet away from the two, a look in its face that could be considered comically surprised, interrupting the moment with a voice that could almost be read in Comic Sans.
"How did you even get out of the tube?!" Wiggling away from Nito's grasp, Nia shifted her gaze away. "And s-shut up, you!" When she looked back up, she couldn't help the small chuckle, not believing the ridiculousness of all this. Well, she might as well... "Actually, Nito...I do. I do feel close to...well...to you. I-I mean...we spend so much time together...and I have to go all over the place following you, trying to keep you from getting killed by those evil cats of yours and...Why are you smiling like that?!"
A bright, almost childish, smile graced his features. "That's good! That's..." He paused, the long lapse expanding between the two, perhaps thinking of the right words, or perhaps just processing what she had said in his mind. For a brief moment, there was nothing containing the big smile, before he collected himself as he cleared his throat. "That's quite good. After all, out here, you're all I've got...but that's quite enough for me." He looked around the area once again, a smile returning to his lips. "Well...it is quite nice...this sort of thing, isn't it? Entirely unnatural, of course, but...well, Merry Christmas, Nia."
Yeah, it was nice, all in all. They had each other, even if they were a very mismatched pair. A soft smile curled on her lips.
"Merry Christmas, Nito."
... ...
A loud yowl and hisses could be heard then, echoing all around the area, just before a wail followed.
"Nito! I told you not to summon that damn ca- ah-ah achoo!"
"Wow.Such grump. Many fierce.Much scare. Wow."

But two devil summoners, good friends no doubt. One who wore a hat and, a cute suit of Red. And one with messy hair, as if he'd just gotten out of bed. They ascended, from the ground to the roofs Their feet thumping along the tops, akin to hooves. And as they descended, from the chimmneys up high, They both enjoyed their job, with lovely sighs. T'was a Mission, given to the pair of lovers, Something that was to be done, before they could snuggle under the covers. Their goal was to deliver presents, all around town To eradicate the evil, that were the frowns. Whether it was Sano, who was grumpy and sour, Or Mao, who kept himself up, to an ungodly hour They were to deliver the joy, without being seen "Whatever could this mission..." Asuka wondered "of Kyouji's possibly mean?" "I don't really know retored Shu."Nor do I care." "You just enjoy.." Asuka teased, spinning in her suit. "This outfit, that I wear?" "I cannot Lie to you" Jo(shu) then confessed. "You look lovely, my little sweet." A remark that made Asuka feel blessed, her face filling with heat. "We'd best hurry, the night is young." A protest quickly muttered, by a kiss with some tounge. Asuka felt warm, her body filled with cheer. "Race you there." Shu remarked, feeling her playful leer. The girl stuck out her tounge, before skittering along. "If I win.." she started "You're singing me that song. Jo(shu) chuckled lightly, before shaking his head. "Guess that means I'm going to have to get out the lead." And as the night went on, eventually they retired. Their competitive spirit, slowly expired. And as they returned home, upon the couch they did lay. Then after some time of lounging, Asuka worked up her courage to say. "Hey Jo(shu)?" "Yes, Asuka? "I love you." "I Love You too."

Quote: Submission By: Necromonium Submission Title: Family Matters Characters: WYNN and Onii-Shu (with a special Guest) Text: 7:30 Am, September 6th An alarm sounded off on the peaceful September morning, quickly silenced by a smooth, gentle hand upon the snooze button. Emerald eyes slowly opened up, as the green haired figure leaned up out of the bed. "Processing..." the android's voice sounded out, as she sat quietly. "Time....Seven thirty in the morning. Class is to begin at Nine...." Her eyes glanced at the brown haired figure laying in the bed beside her, curled up and groaning. "Five more minutes.." the drowsy senior muttered, clutching his pillow tightly, and holding it tightly. WYNN gave a small smile, before positioning her feet to the side of the bed, and gently touched down on the floor beneath her. With a gentle shove from the bed, she pushed herself up and out of the cushion. "I will get ready...and then awaken him." she stated, her eyes flittering closed for a moment, before she took short, careful strides out of the room. She started through the hall, moving to the bathroom they shared, and walked in. A small green ribbon that had been hanging on the counter was lifted up, as she glanced into the mirror. I will put up my hair...and then.. Knock Knock Knock A professional, practiced thumping could be heard against the door, warranting attention. WYNN turned in the direction of the sound, still holding the ribbon up. "Who could that be.." she stated, starting to move towards it curiously. Knock Knock Knock... WYNN carefully walked to the source of the sound, someone on the other side of the doorway. Peering through the peephole, the only detail she was able to make out was a shade of red. Knock....knock...knock.. WYNN slid her hand to the lock, undoing it with a loud clicking, and turned the handle on the doorknob. Pulling it open, she was greeted by a taller woman with hair a lovely, commanding red. Looking her up and down, WYNN could not help but notice how her presence seemed to instate a strange feeling inside of her, the woman having a powerful, commanding aura. With her arms folded, and her expression firm, WYNN could interpret that she had been there on very important business. "You are Wind Yakura No Number, am I correct?" the woman spoke, reaffirming her commanding presence, looking her straight in the eyes. What's more, she had stated her own, factory name.. "That is.....Correct." WYNN replied quietly, surprise in her tone. "How do....you.. "I am Mitsuru Kirijo." the woman called, aniticipating the question, as she raised one of her arms. "As you have no doubt thought, I am the Head of the Kirijo Corporation. The ones who created you, No Number..." WYNN's eyes seemed to shrink a bit, as her memory banks seemed to reboot all at once. She...She was created in a lab...She was a weapon, having been created to combat Shadows. Created, and trained...She was to be a powerful weapon, but had been unable to stimulate the reactions necessary to activate her Persona. Everything was piecing together, her fractured memories starting to come together....Of other models, of daily routines, and of testing. They flashed by bit by bit, as she stood, wordless. "I don't intend to mince words, so I will cut to the point.. the woman called, folding her arms back again. "You belong to the Kirijo corporation, and we have come to reclaim you. If you would be so kind as to wake up your guardian.. "Oh, I'm already awake." a stern voice called, as WYNN felt someone come between her and the woman. As she seemed to catch up to the events going on around her, it took her but a moment to recognize who it was. "O...Onii-Shu?" "Ah, so you are the one that has been looking out for her." Mitsuru spoke, raising her other hand. "I am grateful that you have found her again, but I must insist that she comes with us. We have.. "And I Must insist that she stay with me." the repeat senior called, still holding his arm in front of WYNN, protectively. "I found her on the streets...I Took her in...and as far as I'm concerned..." "She's not a normal person. the woman interjected, matching the intensity of Shu's glare. "She is a weapon, created by my Corporation. She's dangerous.." "She's my little sister, dammit!" Jo(shu) snapped back, scowling at their visitor with an intensity WYNN had never witnessed. "I heard everything...About how she's some kind of...shadow-Weapon...thing..But she's not dangerous. she's the sweetest damn thing I've ever met. I don't care about any of that other stuff, she's my little sister, first and foremost." Her brother was putting a lot of emotion into his protests, even though they were faux siblings. Even though he learned of her true origins..... And yet, even with such passion and anger the red haired woman did not falter in the slightest. She calmly waited for him to finish his speech, folding her arms back up, before starting anew. "I appreciate your concern, and your services will not go unnoticed.." Mitsuru started, her cold, red eyes glancing back over her brother, and then her. "But, now more than ever, we need the No-number unit to...." "WYNN." Shu spoke through gritted teeth. "Call her WYNN." Mitsuru paused a bit, before unfolding and refolding her arms, renewing her speech for a third time. "As I was saying.." she stated, slowly starting to show signs of irritation. "We need...WYNN to come back to us. There are some upgrades we'd like to install, and..." "You can keep em.." Jo(shu) grumbled, starting to lose some steam, but still maintaing his glare. "Must you keep interrupting me?" Mitsuru stated, shooting back an icy glare. "If you would let me finish..." Jo(shu) seemed to glare back at her for a bit, before he faltered, nodding tightly. "Good.. she called, closing her eyes for a sharp breath, before exhaling. "Now, the reason we are wanting to install these upgrades is confidential, but they are for the good of mankind. We have a residence that needs looked after, and it would help us greatly to have our No num....Have WYNN back with us to watch over it. We are prepared to cover her room and board, along with other expenses you have had to cover for her. You won't have to worry about struggling to make ends meet anymore, because of her." Jo(shu) grumbled some sort of protest, but was silenced as the woman reaffirmed her glare. "In addition, she will have a proper enviorment to grow up in. We are willing to overlook the charges we could press against you, if you'd be so kind as to cooperate with us, Mister Michieru...." "Onii-Shu." WYNN's voice piped up, from behind her brother. "Hm?" "Onii...I mean....Jo(shu)." WYNN's feeble voice called, as she peeked out from behind his arms, standing on the tips of her toes. "He...let me into his house under the guise of his little sister. I was in a large dumpster before so...So.." The redhead's gaze shifted to her at this, glancing her over. Her eyes softened a bit, as she looked her over. It was like she was analyzing her, looking her from the top of her mussed up hair, to her green pajama bottoms. "A..and he bought me plenty of nice things..and he taught me..And he takes me out to eat..and he helped me make friends...and....and..." She struggled to think of other things to say, her memories flowing by in her head, swiftly."Please....Don't....Don't do anything bad to Shu...He's a good guy..A good...brother.." A long, awkward pause filled the air, as the red head seemed to take in the situation. Her brother had lowered his arm, his expression expressing a bit of shock as well. The silence felt like it would laugh forever, before the red haired woman let her arms fall to her side, and closed her eyes. "Well, this complicates things a bit.." Mistsuru called, her tone still firm, but starting to soften. "Here I come, thinking of it as recovering a lost item, but it seems you're much more than that now.." A trace of a smile could be seen on the woman's lips, a far cry from the serious, almost deadly expression from before. She seemed to mull something over for a bit, before opening her eyes once more, now much gentler than before. "I remain firm on my purpose...We need to make a few upgrades to her, and for her to reside in our dormitories for a while.." She started, as the brown haired boy moved in front of WYNN, but quickly relented as she pulled him back. Mitsuru paused long enough for this to occur, thankful that they hadn't said anything this time. "However, just because she's to be residing in our dormitory...Doesn't mean that you can not come visit her." she stated, the small smirk starting to grow. "I'm sure she'd start to get homesick soon, if her 'Big Brother' didn't swing by every now and then." The two of them were silent for a bit, as the red haired woman gave them an easy look, pleased by how things had developed at this point. They were at a loss for words... "Not only that, but with these upgrades.." Mitsuru continued, glancing down at the green haired girl, with a gentle expression. "You'll be better able to take care of yourself, and your... brother." WYNN glanced up at the woman at this, feeling something well up inside her. Her eyes seemed to drip some kind of cleansing fluid, as she stood beside Jo(shu), gently holding his arm. It was silent once more, before at long last, her brother spoke again. "Can she come Visit on Holidays?" Jo(shu) added quietly, shaking a bit himself in the tension. The woman smirked and let out a sound not unlike a chuckle, as she looked him back in the eyes, finally laxxed. "Yes, yes she can." she answered, the same smile coming back to her face. "In fact, if our original residents return, we likely won't have room for them....So we might have to count on you to house her again, Michieru." Jo(shu)'s body seemed to lax at this, as tears started to well up in his eyes, as the woman turned around. "I'll come pick you up later, if that's alright....WYNN." Mitsuru called back to the two, as she started down the staircase. The green haired android felt herself choking up for a bit, before calling out to her. "Y....yes.." she started, moving from under Shu's arm. "A..And...Thank you." No more words left Mitsuru's lips, merely smiling as she continued down the staircase. WYNN turned to her brother at this, before he wrapped his arms around her, letting out some loud sobs. "W...WYNN..." he sobbed, pulling her in tightly. "I...I was so scared....I'm sorry....S..Sis..." WYNN felt her cleansing fluids coming out faster, as she wrapped her arms around her brother, clinging to him as well. "It...It's okay Onii.......Jo(shu).." she stated, squeezing him back as the fluid dripped onto his coat. "I....I was...scared too.." "It's just....You're special to me...." he sniffled, holding her close. "I...I didn't want to lose you....You're my sister..and I...I love you." WYNN paused at this, before clinging to her precious older brother, no longer caring about the excess fluid in her eyes. "And I....." she called, quietly. "I...Love you too...Big Brother.."

Quote: Submission By: Necromonium Submission Title: Time Flies Characters: Kyouji Kuzunoha, Jo(shu) Text: How long has it been? It was a cold, wintery night. Snow had finally fallen on Inaba, and it was coming down full force. Icy winds nipped at the face of a shrouded figure, though they didn't seem to notice. "It's been far too long.." his voice called out, brown eyes shining through the shroud he wore. "And now, it's that time of the year. I brought you some cake." The figure's hands moved through the shroud, pulling out a small, yet tasty strawberry shortcake. The figure closed his eyes, as he held it up. "It's your favorite.." "You know me too well.." a familiar voice called out, as the figure thought back. It had been so long ago since they'd met....
Aussa, I think we need to have a talk.. Jo(shu)'s voice sounded, sounding uneasy. "Hm? what about?" the demon called, hanging up a poster. "It's just...." the boy called, with a tensed sigh. "The...the Nanjou weren't who we thought they were. And...this...COMP...thing.." Aussa didn't say anything, biting her lip at the implications. "And if I get found with this, I could get into some serious trouble....So.." "So what?! You're just going to Throw it all away?!" the demoness called, clenching her fists. "Everything that's tried to kill you...All that I've been there for...you're just going to toss me out like yesterday's garbage?" "That's Not what I'm Saying!" He snapped back. "I don't want to lose you any more than you want to lose me, it's just.. THUMP. A sound had signalled from his door, and as he opened it, he'd found the book. The answer to his prayers. "Summoning for Dummies, Eh?
Time passed, and he'd been stumbling across a path. Message after message, path after path... He'd taken Aussa and his COMP along, following the trail. "This K.K. better not be messing with me..." he muttered, even though he'd perfected the art of Summoning Aussa without his COMP, he had been suspicious of another note. He'd almost given up, when he had found a small house, on the outskirts of Inaba. Despite a few talismans turning him around, and a few more hours, he'd found it. A strange staff, brimming with energy. As he gripped it, another figure appeared, with green hair. "Hi there. You look delicious." Nearby, a small chuckle could be heard, and the woman lay in wait. She giggled lightly at how things had gone, surprised at the young man's potiential. If he'd managed that...
Time passed, and After the Yatagarasu had been invaded by the trickster, Kyouji had been doing regular patrols. The spirits of the guardians had split about. She was to try to locate their energies, so that they may be contained. However, as she passed by the familiar boy's house, she noticed a scuffle a ways away. She moved as quickly as she could, before finding her pet project fighting off a dark Car demon. "Oborogurama?" She called out, starting to move to his aid, before watching him spin around a golden crystal of energy. She sat back and watched the boy handle the demon, shooing it off instead of finishing it when it begged for mercy. A confident smirk found it's way to her lips, as she started off again. "Seems I was right on the mark again.."
Time passed, and she brought the young man into the organization officially. His name was Jo(shu), and after his first mission, she had been waiting. He'd looked a bit tired, but she could sense his power. He'd shown her all of his new companions, and told her of the climatic confrontation with Ongyou-Ki and his helpers. He'd even managed to forcibly subjugate his number two, the Sui-ki. Along with the humorous, aged Tarrasque, the flirty Succubus, and the...downright silly Angel, he'd started to look like a trained devil summoner more and more by the day.
Time passed, and as her Apprentice was taking the Train to Sapporo, she dropped in on him and his friend. "Ah, Kyouji. What brings you here?" he'd called, with an easy smile. "I was just heading to Sapporo." "Sapporo? What for?" She'd inquired, as her apprentice flipped open his phone. "It's weird...Demons have started selling themselves online through this app thing." he started, showing the figure with blue hair. "and Well, I found the last piece to my collection. I had to buy it. It just...happens to be in Sapporo." Kyouji had hesitated. She knew the dangers of that place, and if there was a gathering of demons, that meant one thing. "Something wrong, Sensei?" Jo(shu) had asked, and she had answered him. Told him that he would likely endure a great challenge there. That it would likely not be a simple meet and greet. And yet, he didn't show any fear. He wasn't to be deterred, and as he affirmed himself, that same grin appeared on her lips.
Time passed, and her apprentice hadn't failed her again. Sure, she had to save him near the end, but he had proven himself capable. After a period of quiet as he adjusted to his newest summon, he'd found her again, with the now usual gift in hand. "Listen...In Sapporo.." He'd called, as she'd dug a fork into it. "I...I felt like I wasn't going to make it out of there. I felt...like I'm still kind of weak, as far as Devil Summoners go. I haven't even been at this for a year, and..." Some genuine concern had crossed his face, as he glanced to the side. She could have assured his worries with some hollow praise...or some encouragement. However, instead, she gave the usual smirk, and held up a finger to get him to stop. As she swallowed her cake, she held the finger up. "Less than a Year is still plenty of time." she mused, lightly. Her finger remained up as he tried to protest, a small gleam in her eyes. "In fact, give me one Hour, and I'll help you turn your weakest demon, into your strongest." Jo(shu) was a bit incredulous, raising an eyebrow. "And how are you going to do that? he called, folding his arms. She chuckled lightly, as she pulled her finger to her lips. "Simple, my cute little apprentice." she called, in a mischevous tone, leading him through a portal into the dark Realm. "For the next hour... Just do every. Thing. I say." And good to her word, his Angel had turned into a force to be reckoned with. He'd placed his full faith in her, and at that moment, something was born inside of him. A small, flickering flame.
Time passed again, and she amused herself with another little assignment for her apprentice. She'd taken on some new apprentices, but her first apprentice had a special place for her. She'd dropped in on him during class for his next assignment, and as she had come to expect, he'd performed well enough. She was proud of him for everything he'd done. Kai took him for another assignment, and as they came back from that one, he spoke to her again about it. About the things they had encountered....... He'd been worried about things, and how tired he was of it all. She had mock pouted, before teasing him into another training session. His potential had been coming out more and more by the day, and as they finished out their training session, his demons having been strengthened by their spells. However, as she held him off, she eventually raised her hands. "Alright, that's enough Shu." she'd called, her apprentice completely out of breath. She walked over to him, with a small smirk. "I trust that you'll use this new power as good as you have with all of your others." "I...I will, Sensei." he called repsectfully, as she dispelled her demons. "And another thing.." She added, gliding over to him quietly as she leaned down into him. A soft kiss to his forehead, as her eyes closed. The moment between them could have lasted forever, before she quietly pulled back. "I'm really proud of you...My Cute little apprentice, Shu." The little flame had started to take shape, as they spent more and more time together. Their training had become a subtext for some more wonderful nights, and after a particularly strenuous session, they glanced up at the sky, as the winter air chilled at them. "Hey...Shu..?" She called to him, out of breath for the first time in a while. He'd come far.... "Y..Yes....Kyouji-sensei?" he called back, glancing up at the night sky. "There's something...I'm going to need you to do." she panted, in her usual tone. "Anything for you...Sensei." Jo(shu) called back, rolling over.
Time passed once more...And the cold of winter arrived. The shrouded figure pulled down his hood, as he lowered the small bit of cake next to a headstone. "Anything for you...I said." the figure's voice called, some tears lightly dripping from his face. "I wish....I wish I could have done anything else. Maybe if I'd been a bit stronger...." He shook his head, as he stuck the fork down into the cake, leaning back up. "Either way...Thank you... For everything" he called out, holding his hands together. "May your soul find peace in the afterlife. I'll do my best to honor your wishes....Sensei." Silence filled the area, before a familiar voice called over the graveyard. "Kyouji the Eleventh, they're waiting on you." "Just a minute...." the summoner called, taking a last look back at the grave. "I'd better get going....Wouldn't want to give them a bad first impression." He bit his lip, before wiping the tears from his eyes. "I love you.....My Beautiful Master." He started away from the gravestone, leaving the cake to the spirit that would reside near it. As the students would glance around, looking for their master, he would drop down from above, with a small, practiced chuckle. "Hello there...My Cute little apprentices."
