Spiritual Wave Measurement Lab closely monitors the world of the living to ensure spiritual stability. This lab is located at the very edge of Chikyū. If one were to go above this lab they would be entering the layer of Tengoku. This lab is very mysterious because it is right one the border of two different levels and is the only building in the biome that does so. The Yūbokumin may enter here and leave from this station but they do not run up into Tengoku. They may take you back to the Communication Research Section Lab or into the lower level of Jigoku.
