Communication Research Section oversees transmissions between the Human world and Soul Society. This lab is responsible for the development of communication technology, including soul cellphones. This lab is located deep in the hearts of the Chikyū level. So deep in the middle that the grass and foliage would eventually die down and a small unique village would form due to the mass of Soul Reapers. This building deals with all communications between the dimensions and will monitor all conversations between dimensions. This Office acts more like an office rather than a lab but it still has it scientific purposes.
