The cold-dwelling Sorcerer who looks suspiciously like Santa Clause, but is instantly irritated when children call him that, has cast a spell to bring a little bit of winter to a sunny and warm December. Never being that good with his mastery of weather powers, he has accidentally tossed the world upside down, and dumped a few unlucky souls into a mini pocket dimension.
Those who find themselves tossed into this little pocket dimension are left alone to the elements of the cold, cold mass of land and ice. Those lucky enough may stumble upon a small village filled with stubborn villiagers and a few quaint little places of business. A pub called "The Unicorn and the Penguin"... an Inn called "The Steel Fortress", ironically made out of wood.
Oh, and let's not forget the ice dragons that live just around the boarder of town!
How will they all get home? Meh, I'm sure the writers will sober up by the time New Years is over. Or just take the opportunity to torture the characters. Either one should be fine.
