yikes. Maybe it's the outlet it's plugged into. Check other outlets in your house before sending it away for unnecessary repairs.

It turned out to be that somewhere I had visited had messed up settings inside. I found this out because the day after I saw it was having trouble charging I tried to do a scan and it wouldn't let me. I had to contact Norton and after a half a day online with them everything in norton was fixed and we did a scan in safe mode then choose the options on the computer that checked the computer files to make sure the files were not missing any parts and after doing that it started charging normally again - It was a huge relief! Just recently it would not let me log into my computer I followed the same steps and had the computer do a scan to fix itself and i saw it repairing the keyboard figuration. I think I lucked out with this ASUS laptop. It may not have a cd drive but I can't believe it can fix itself to a degree that it never should get sent for repairs unless something just shuts you down and wont let you in. When I called customer svc about it not charging they should have instructed me to have it do a file scan to make sure non of its program settings had been changed cause thats all i had to do to fix it and the guy never did that. So they had me in a panic cause the old laptop tweaks by geeks messed that up. And I did not have that to fall back on. I don't want to say here the full extent of what they did but if anyone really wants to know what happened pm me. I will never use them ever again and I want to warn you to be wary of them because the one by me sucks! I would not want to take a chance on another site - not after what I went through!

Now after that long explanation here is an update on Pudtat. It breaks my heart to tell you in some ways the surgery helped but in many more ways she is worse off. They fused the bones they needed to and in a way that part was a success but the nerves near the surgery area were so affected by the surgery she is in more pain than before but not because of the original problem. Her nerves are so messed up the nails and fingers on that hand feel like they are on fire every time she moves her hand. You know how we have nerve endings everywhere that start at the spine - well hers all hurt ALL OVER and they did not before surgery. It was supposed to improve over time and we were very hopeful it would but the reality is that the improvement fell far short of our hope. So she is on pain meds and it just doesn't cover it all. So she has a lot of problems getting online, holding a mouse, using a mouse - holding anything for that matter for any amount of time. I take care of her tank for her and make sure she doesn't miss out on any event items, so this way it doesn't depress her but instead surprises her that she is not broke as when she joined and she is happy for the little bit her tank makes. Since now she can only log in less than before It is a big surprise for her to log in to check out her account and see the new things that I added for her and it makes her happy. It is the least I can do for her. I feel bad I am only able to buy her witch doctors for her tank and it does not get played a lot due to my own health issues that have me missing glows but I am doing the best I can under the circumstances
