The Elemental Schools: A History
Welcome to the history of the Elemental Schools.
The Academy itself has very humble beginnings and like any Academy or School it has a lot of history that goes with it. It is here within this thread that I am enlightening those who may not be as familiar with this history as others.
So it is that I will be taking you back through a journey of the history of the Elemental Schools for which this Academy is based on and in remembrance of. In the following links below you will find from start to finish the Elemental Schools and how each of the members within the Schools played an important part in shaping its history and forever leaving a great mark upon Gaia.

This is the very first thread of the Elemental Schools created within Gaia's Chatterbox forum by Shining Bright. It's very beginning. Here you will see its creation all the way up to the glitches in the Gaia forums that prompted a new school to be made so that it could be continued. Here you will also meet lots of beloved characters from the Elemental School's beginning and watch as to how they grow over the years that pass.
~+~ The Elemental Schools ~+~
This is the second installment to the Elemental Schools created by Evil_Sama. This is the continuation from the first Elemental Schools with updates to Gods/Goddesses to reflect the changes made from one thread to another. This thread was created constant errors in the thread were becoming a nuisance to the population and so this thread was placed in the ever growing Barton Town forum University/School RolePlay subforum.
This is the longest running of the threads and has spawned from it the most memories and even a few knock-offs. This thread holds even more characters that you get to read about and watch their adventures as they journey into new lands and even face off against villainous foes.
~*~The €lemental §chools~*~
This is the third and last installment in the Elemental Schools trilogy created by Ix Ashunera xI (aka a mule created for the purpose of making this thread and not really an actual character). This thread was created after major downtime in the previous Elemental Schools thread caused it to collapse upon itself. This was a way to resurrect the old schools and breathe new life into them with new Gods/Goddesses taking the thrones over old ones and even the return of old and new characters joining the fray this thread revolves around the later years of the Elemental Schools and the new chapters that the students and staff face.
Samara's Dollhouse (Invite Only)
This was a very fearsome place to all of the members of the Schools. A place similar to the bowels of Hell, it is only far worse. This is where an evil spirit named Samara resides and believe you me when I say that she is not the type of spirit you want to cross or get on her bad side.
Sacred Battlefield
This was a place created by Skydron to house the various larger battles that occurred within the first Elemental Schools and even containing some within the second generation. It is here you will find a lot of older battles that were drawn out by memorable characters.
Traditional Battle ~ Sky vs Thanatos
This thread was created by XxThanatosxX to house the great early battle between Skydron, God of Light, vs Thanatos, God of Darkness. It is within this thread that we go back to an earlier fighting style used years before the creation of the Elemental Schools and used more around the time when Gaia itself was first created. It is a great battle between two very powerful foes who go at it leaving victory to only one and spawning a very powerful friendship.
ES Events Thread. ((Invitation only.))
This thread was created by Elemental School Mule (aka another mule used to create threads for the third installment in the Elemental Schools) and was primarily used to host various events within the Elemental Schools.
Darkness Elemental Academy (Closed)
This is the Darkness Elemental Academy created by XxThanatosxX in the earlier years of the Elemental Schools. This Academy was created more as an extension of the Elemental Schools rather than a spin-off but I am including it in the history.
Elemental School Guild
This was the guild made for the Elemental Schools by Skydron to create a place for the members of the Elemental Schools to come and host large battles and other events along with house each and every individual school. It was the first attempt at organizing the Schools.
The Elemental School Spin-offs and Copy-Cats
- ~The Kingdoms of Four~ (On Pause For Now!!!!)
This was a spin-off of the Elemental Schools created by ShadowDragon14162000 to create a different world for which some of the members of the Elemental Schools joined into. It was decently done and worked very well for the time that it was up. It was not related to nor an extension of the Elemental Schools thus why it's included here.
Elemental Schools/ Training grounds
This was a copy-cat of the Elemental Schools created by Kiyanra back in the early days of the Elemental Schools. This place worked well as a copy-cat basically including all of the things that made the structure of the Elemental Schools but was not the Elemental Schools in itself. It ran for a short while before coming to an abrupt end.
The Elemental Villages: New Plot Starting soon come join!
The Elemental Villages was a thread created by one of the early members of the Elemental Schools Rikek. This was a world based on the Elemental Schools but in no way related to it. It worked very well for the time it was up and could still work very well as a stand-alone thread basing itself on a war between the elements.
<~The Elemental Schools~> -For the Gifted and Outcast Souls
This copy-cat thread was created by catlover3178 to basically try to remake the Elemental Schools but with her ideas even taking the same images and even some of the Gods/Goddesses. This thread was okay and worked out fine for a short while but it did also end abruptly.
