Once upon a time,
(about nine years ago actually) this tiny little brown egg with bandages appeared in the Kitsusagi world.
Soon after this little miracle's appearance, its guardian appeared. This guardian taught this little kit something: how to love.
And well...that's how this whole giant mess of a family began.

Nassor
2004 Halloween Edition. Mummy. Regular. #olive
Nassor, meaning victorious/supporter, came into the Realm in 2004. Like the mummy he was supposed to emulate, he became very well known for his sleepiness. He does have a special power in that he can duplicate the patterns on his paws to create bandages, a skill he hopes to never really use. Ever since kit-hood he was never a really active kitsu, preferring to curl up and sleep than play with anyone else. His favorite thing to curl up against is his lover and lifelong mate, Tara.
Soon the love between these two blossomed into seven children. Who then learned how to love so deeply like there parents and had their own children, who had their own children, who had their own children and well...let's just say Nassor doesn't even know how many greats he has to put in front of grandfather anymore.

One of the oldest of the Nassor and Tara clan, Capili was both rambunctious and reserved. For awhile, she did not speak with any emotion. Her family was too emotional as it was and for awhile, it bothered her. Until she met someone who piqued her interest severely. It wasn't exactly a good thing though.
Chaos was absolutely truthful to his name. He was the son of her father's friend, Severus. They had both met as kits and played around simply because they were of similar ages. The days of their youth did not last long. Chaos soon became engulfed in bloodlust and their friendship had made Capili the source of it. She, however, did not mind. He did scare her a bit, but she was willing to be everything to him. She loved him. And after some time away, he was able to overcome it all and love her back without reservation. It was that love that gave them a few kits.
After their reunion, Capili and Chaos became some of the first kitsusagis to take on a more humanoid form. A very helpful thing when chasing after a huge family.

Keiki

Part of the younger half of the second generation, Keiki got none of the infamous 'sleepy gene' that seemed to plague her family. In fact, it seems she got the opposite. This girl was hyper. Her favorite thing? Pouncing on her siblings. She really enjoyed soaring through the air and landing on a nice warm body. Well, she loved that feeling of flying so much she found herself a winged lover. Keiki's mate is Kaitou and between them they had four kits.

Damis

One of the eldest of Capili and Chaos' children, Damis too became an anthro kitsusagi. His father had passed down his vampiric genes onto him and his siblings, though the state of their bloodlust varied. For Damis, his bloodlust was not near as malicious as his father's could be. For having a huge family, Damis was on the border of being social and antisocial. While he didn't mind being in the same room as them, he rather they do nothing more than say hi. Unfortunately, his sisters and occasional nephews seemed to do the opposite.
He found his love in a beautiful girl named Rune. Their children however had a tendency to seek out their grandparents rather than them. It suited these two well enough, their passion for each other had a tendency to be a little volatile....in loving manner.
