PERSONALITY
Eleanor appears to be very much a cold-hearted b***h who is far too vocal of her opinions, but that's almost to be expected when the only family alive hates you and the rest of them are dead or worse: missing. Over the years she has learned to defend herself, physically and emotionally. This mental wall has kept her distant from anyone who has even tried to win her affection. This has allowed no man to court her, but then again, what does she have to offer a man? She is hardly the material for a perfect wife.
Lonely and very much alone in the world, Eleanor has become self-reliant, or so she likes to think. Stubbornly she attempts feats that would be better left alone simply because, as a woman, she has to prove to herself and anyone who may be watching
(creeper) that she doesn't need anyone to survive in this world, let alone a man. Begrudgingly she occasionally accepts aid from those with skills she does not have, normally because she needs the help and is left with no other alternatives.
Beneath this harsh exterior though is a heart. A heart that simply wants someone to accept her as is. A heart yearning for a friend who will not judge her because she is not married, because of her lifestyle choices, because of who she is. (WIP)
HOBBIES
Hunting: this activity has been part of her life since she was young. With her mother's death shortly after her fifth birthday and her father's choice to not remarry, she permanently became an only child. To follow in her father's footsteps in providing meat, furs and other materials to other families around them as well as inns and other locations, she took up the bow. Over the years, hunting is as much a part of her life as eating or sleeping is. To lose her father's bow would be like losing part of her own heart.
Music: a secret love. Eleanor has a fondness for the sound of music coming from an instrument. She first heard one being played while delivering a half-dozen rabbit furs to a local inn to be used as pillow covers. A bard was outside, playing for the generosity of any patrons that happened to pass by. Entranced not only by the movements but the sound, the little girl fell in love. A small reminder of her more feminine side, she occasionally ventures to town specifically in hopes of hearing one being played.
Things: living out, away from people, you never knew when you're going to need that thing you found two years back. Eleanor has this habit of taking things she finds left abandoned by others. Be it cloth, an arrow tip, or bones. Anything is fair game when it may make the difference of her surviving or not.

HOME
A little wooden cabin, easily missed as it rests so close to the thinning treeline of the Wardwood. Wild flowers grow along side their natural herb brothers, and in a variety of colors as well. A small vegetable garden also exists alongside it.
Due to Eleanor's collecting habit, her little cabin is filled with all sorts of knick knacks she's accumulated over the years. Animal skulls line he window sill, herbs hang from the ceiling, mixed with bones of a varying sort. Even wild vegetables and game hens hang alongside the herbal mixtures. (WIP)
