Where does everyone get all these sweet character pictures from? Are they all original art? if so we have some very talented artists in this guild. I need a picture for my character but all my searching has not found any non-canon shinobi pictures.

I usually find my stuff on photobucket. They have a search br where you can type in what you want, and thaey will show you what has the same tag.
