General Rules
First and foremost, always follow the Gaia Terms of Service. That's huge in any case. If you can't follow those, click away from my guild right now.
Also huge, be nice. If you have a problem with someone in this guild, keep it out of the roleplay, and out of anything else. In fact, just keep it completely out of this happy space. I don't have the tolerance for it.
Watch your language! I understand dropping the occasional <********> or s**t or b***h or whatever else, but it doesn't need to be every other word, and it definitely is not a necessary part of your vocabulary. This goes back to being nice!
If someone's bothering you, and myself or an admin fail to notice, please bring it to our attention. Send one of us a pm, post in the questions and help topic. Don't be shy, and the problem will be taken care of. Everyone here is going to be come my cute little second family, and my friends will vouch for me when I say that I'm protective of whoever I consider my family. You will be safe in Mama Bear's arms.
Before posting anything in any forum, even your profiles, make sure that you have read rules, been accepted, etc. It is not so easy as to copy the skeleton and fill it out. Don't try to slip by either, because I will know.
make sure that you have looked at everything important before even thinking about doing anything in my guild.

Please, be active. Don't join and post one of two times and then abandon us all. I don't think so. For one, if someone's character gets involved with you, they have no way of continuing on.
Speaking of being active, I understand that all of us have lives, and we can't get on daily. That's okay. Try for a few times a week, at least.
I don't enjoy plain posts, so I ask that you make your posts pretty. There is a thread on the home page dedicated to all the pretty colors and symbols that you can use in your post. If you need help making a posting style, contact me or one of my admins. We'll be happy to help you out.
As for what I would like in your posts, here's my list: a picture, and your character's name. It's not a lot. Also, please use size 11 font or smaller. But, no smaller than 9. I'd rather not hurt my eyes trying to read, and I'm sure that everyone else will agree with me.
Now, for post content. Let's keep things semi-literate to literate, please. That means at least one beefy paragraph. As in, a solid ten sentences or so. If you can't do that, this guild is not for you.
Also, lets keep things PG-16. The majority of us are teenagers or older, I assume, but there are younger children floating around on Gaia. Let's be mindful of them.

Fighting
And I don't mean with each other. If there comes a point where two characters are physically fighting, I ask one thing: don't you dare god-mod. And for those of you that don't know what god-modding it, here's the definition from Urban Dictionary:
"God Modding" is in essence when someone’s character has the ability to do practically anything without limits or boundaries. And example is when they simply cannot be harmed by any and all means other RP-ers try.
-It can be killing or injuring a character without the player's express permission.
-It can be when they simply can’t be hit and dodge all attacks or anything for this matter aimed at them.
-It can also be using other characters that other people RP with. In other words, if you do not RP as Legolas, then you cannot have Legolas say anything, or do anything, without the player's express permission.
The absolute worst is when they make out another character to be what they’re not, just to make their own character seem superior. They make others seem weak, screaming for help, when they’ve made it quite clear about their advantages and strengths. This is called power-play. It’s a strain of God-Modding, but instead of just being irritating, it’s offensive to boot.
So, don't do that. If I find out you did, you will find yourself removed and banned. Since it is one of the most annoying things on the face of the planet. It's not your character, so don't do anything to them without permission. And you, my friend, are not a god. So simply don't try to be one.

The Sex
Firstly, I permit the playing of the sex. But, not in full. By permitting, I mean the events that lead to the sex. Kissing, stripping, whatever. What I do not permit is the explicitness of the sex. Or being too explicit in the things leading to the sex. Don't go into detail, or I will delete your posts, remove you, and ban you. Don't try to sneak it either. The last thing I need is the Gaia Admins on my a**, thank you.
Just remember what was said above: keep it PG-16. If you want to take it to pms for your own pleasure, whatever. Just don't do it in my guild, okay?

Profiles
You will use any profile code provided exactly as is. No alterations to it, at all. The codes are made for a reason, and we expect you to use it. Nothing upsets me more than when I make this nice code for you, and then you go and screw with it and make it different.
Also, it makes it much easier for us when everyone's profile is in the same layout. We can skim through them quickly to make sure everything checks out, and then approve them. We put them together in a way that it's easy for us to read, quite simply. So, don't play with them, or I will find you and hurt you.
Before you go ahead posting places, make sure that your profiles have been approved if they must be. I'll will edit your profile post and put a big old "approved" at the top or accept them right in your thread. If I have a problem with them, I'll tell you what the problem is through pm or on the thread and wait for you to fix it. Once it's fixed, I'll approve.
Don't go posting either until one of us have sent out the message saying that the role play is open. I understand being eager, but you have to be patient too.
