The current headquarters of the Quincy race is located within the safe enclosure of a hidden realm- the Schatten Bereich- that is unknown to any other species. This domain is the sole reason as to why any Quincy survived the First Great Ash War. Surrounding the base of operations are multitudinous towers, as well as two curved, large structures that forme somewhat of an arch in the immediate wake of the building. Erected at approximately eight by twenty-two by nineteen metres, the central station is home to all and any militant affairs of the Wandenreich. Supporting two major floors, it houses the majority of the necessities for the Quincy within its vast amount of space. In the first and lower of these, entranced by a twenty-step staircase preceding six doorway columns, there can be found barracks, the dining hall, and other basic needs for living. Above this level is where more formal meetings occur, as well as the throne of the Emperor of the Quincy.
The headquarters is comprised entirely of Reishi particles that are originally derivative from the Seireitei, and exists in a dimension within the Soul Society that is known as the Schatten Bereich. This realm cannot normally be seen or detected by Shinigami, thus giving the Wandenreich the title of "The Invisible Empire". When leaving the base, the Quincy do not need a method of bypassing the walls surrounding the Seireitei, as their headquarters has always been located already within its confines. Alongside this detail, the Wandenreich can decompose the Reishi particles that make up the Seireitei to reveal their headquarters to others.
