Recommend an artist for Spotlight Artists.

Just fill out the following information:

Medium:
Origin:

By medium I mean just what kind of art do they do (oil paint, photography, sculpture, monotype print, charcoal drawing, etc.). By origin I mean where are they from. They need to be known enough that I can do a little online research about them.
