I'm not sure if there's a way to salvage it but the united brains of you four, you can help make it good.
So far, I can see it going like this.
We have move the Hp and Chakra to +5
The weapon area I can see it having some type of seal like Tsunades for head has chakra sealed up in it that way when she releases it can heal her. Not the same thing, but I hope you know what I am thinking here.
I could brain storm with her and help her come up with the moves, UNLESS She was waiting till the thing was accepted BEFORE she posted the other stuff.
I can see why the whole Kekkei Genkai was over powered too much increase in chakra, health, force, and speed. Like Mist said just move it to +5 points 25 is too much not a single jutsu at all and when I hear "They are also extremely poisonous" I think about the insect ninja who was one of Danzo's guards the bonus points for advantage is high that is op I don't know if this will even be approved so far is unacceptable.
I didn't see a certain number in the skelly and its all about trail and error, the only way the poison would work, is if they where close enough to someone or had lip contact (Doesn't mean others can be immune) it's all about trail and error.
This may sound a tad bit rude, and I truly do apologize if it is, but my head hurts looking at this. Before anyone changes anything, I feel you should really fix your spelling and whatnot. To me, even if it's more balanced, it's still hellish to decipher when so many words are misspelled.
