I seem to be the last person in the world to discover the joys of making things with duct tape. Oh well, better late than never right? Here's the purse and wallet I made with duct tape (and a few other misc items) this weekend:

I got some duct tape and a book of patterns for a gift. It turned out to be harder than it looks. sweatdrop I made a CD case thing (it holds like 10 of them)

The prom dresses are cool, and your purse and wallet look so awsome. I remember I use to make flowers and vases out of duck tape, but my mum thought they were trash and threw them out when I was at camp.

I tried duct tape roses but I failed. I shall have to try again.
I've been to that site and some of the stuff people make is just amazing! I'm giving consideration to trying to make a duct tape top or skirt for the conventions I'm going to. whee

I took pictures today of my wallet so I could show how it handles wear and tear. It has survived life in my back pocket quite well I think. I'm also thinking of trying to sell them at a con so I want to know if ya'll think $5 would be okay given that this is how they hold up:
At the edges of the tape pocket fuzz likes to stick to it. xp

I like that you put pictures on your wallet....many people have made duct tape wallet at my highschool. It was concidered the peak of fashion to have a duct tape wallet. They didn't look as nice as the one you made and nobody thought about pictures. It's a good idea heart
The wallet is holding up well. The prom dresses are awesome. Wouldn't you get hot from wearing all that duct tape all night.
Also the world has changed...you can now get several colours of duct tape 4laugh
