Clan History: Just over a century ago, a woman was born into the Kaguya clan by the name of 'Ophelia Kaguya'. Ophelia was a dangerous woman and grew to become an assassin at a surprisingly young age. Possessing her clan's Kekkei Genkai : Shikotsumyaku, she was a fearsome taijutsu user whose beauty and grace was matched only by her ferocity. She was still human, however, and fell victim to the emotion called 'Love'. The man's name was Dragoh Kagoshima. Albeit an alias, it was the only name he was known by, and he was a powerful warrior. A rogue ninja, he was the only man who was able to not only survive one of her assassination attempts, but also match her blow for blow in physical combat. He was as captivated by her warrior spirit as she was by his, and they fell in love with one another...
But all was not well. Their love was to be kept a secret from her clan, along with the fact Dragoh yet lived. It would bring shame to the Kaguya clan if one of their most renowned members were to fall in love with her intended target. The sheer thought of it was abhorrent! They found out nonetheless, however, when Ophelia fell pregnant with Dragoh's child. A proud warrior and an honest man, he refused to leave Ophelia's side when he discovered she was bearing his child. He confronted her entire clan alone, telling them that they would be together regardless of their protests, and to hell with their pride. He even went as far as to propose to Ophelia right before the Kaguya clan's chief!
The Kaguya were outraged. Dragoh had spat on their clan's honour and pride, right before their very eyes. They declared him an enemy on the spot, as well as the child that Ophelia bore. Dragoh told Ophelia to flee, and stayed behind to defend not only himself, but also to stop anyone from pursuing Ophelia. As you would expect, he was slain, but Ophelia had escaped. She was taken in by the Village of the Mist, given shelter to mourn Dragoh and bear his child. Eventually, the child was born. A boy named Marobashi. Several years passed, and Marobashi grew older. He began to exhibit unusual abilities, however. At first, Ophelia thought he was just starting to show signs he too possessed the Kaguya clan's Shikotsumyaku, but as more time passed it became apparent it was all too different.
It was discovered that Dragoh's body had been altered by a Jutsu he created himself, given no name with no details as to what it did. All that was known was it granted him his inhuman strength, and was the reason he became a target for assassination. The effects of this mystery Jutsu combined with the Shikotsumyaku to give birth to a whole new Kekkei Genkai that allowed Marobashi to manipulate his very life's blood. The Kaguya Clan caught wind of a strange young ninja that showed signs of their Kekkei Genkai and investigated. They came and sought to take the b*****d child's life. Ophelia, of course, intervened...
'A child bears no sin!' She cried in protest. 'This crime is mine, and mine alone to bear! If you must take a life as penance, let it be mine!'
Ophelia's fellow clan members honoured her deal, and took the life she gave willingly to protect Marobashi. They spared Marobashi's life, and he grew up to take on his father's surname. To create the Kagoshima clan and continue his twisted bloodline. He gave his life on the battlefield to fight against the Kaguya clan when they attacked the Kirigakure, and the full scope of his Kekkei Genkai was made known, earning it the title of Awakened Blood Demon, as he was like a terrible demon on the battlefield, but not before wedding a beautiful woman named 'Saguri'. Saguri gave birth to his children. Two boys. The first was named Dragoh, after his grandfather. The second, Goro. Neither of these boys showed any signs of their clan's Kekkei Genkai, and as such, it became naught but a tale. Especially when Goro's first born, Shaze, showed no signs of the Kekkei Genkai either. It was only a few years later when another child was born, would the clan's Kekkei Genkai surface once more...

Awakened Blood Demon
Details The Awakened Blood Demon Kekkei Genkai is a variation of the Kaguya clan's Shikotsumyaku. The Kagoshima clan is clan that branched off from the Kaguya clan in exile long ago. It is said that the chances of a child receiving the Kekkei Genkai is one in a million, and as such, has long since become but a fable. The clan once hailed centuries ago for it's unique ability now shamed and resigned. People doubt it even really exists, and as such it was told that if any one descendant were to manifest this ability, then it had to be kept a secret, lest the Kagoshima clan incur the wrath of many out of fear that more monsters would be released into the world. Despite once being a symbol of the clan's pride, it is now a symbol of shame.
The ability itself essentially blends the user's bloodstream and the Chakra Pathway System, having them become as one. This infuses the user's bloodstream with chakra, dramatically increasing blood cell formation and division rate, not unlike the Blood Increasing Pill. The user's body, infused with chakra from head to toe, is granted increased physical capabilities in all areas, most notably endurance, as the user can heal minor injuries almost instantaneously and stories say they can even regenerate a lost limb with extreme effort, but it exhausts them quite a bit. The main importance of this Kekkei Genkai, however, is it grants it's user the ability to manipulate their blood with their chakra. Solidifying it and increasing it's durability to that greater than steel and using it for projectile attacks as both a liquid, and a solid. And possibly even a mist under the right circumstances.
This powerful ability doesn't come without major drawbacks, however. The user literally uses up their life force with this ability, shortening their life span, and can pass out or even die from blood loss unless they're careful. Whenever the user uses a Jutsu while the Kekkei Genkai is active, uses up a reduced amount of chakra, at the price of a portion of their own blood. Using the chakra infused liquid as fuel and somewhat limiting the user to lower level Jutsu. The plus, however, is the increase in power makes up for the lack of higher level Jutsu usage. The user can still use higher level Jutsu, but at personal risk.
It's a Kekkei Genkai to be used sparingly. An ace in the hole, when you have nothing left at your disposal, and nothing left to lose. An act of desperation, even. If your life is on the line during a battle, and you're about to die, shortening your life span in exchange for victory is a fair price to pay if you get to live longer as a result.
As a neat visual bi-product of this Kekkei Genkai, is it causes the user's chakra to adopt a crimson colour, which turns the user's skin red for the duration of it's usage as the user's bloodstream is infused with the crimson coloured chakra, which affects the skin's appearance from the inside out.

Advantages
- Naturally high levels of Chakra Control due to how their Kekkei Genkai operates. Chakra Control/Distribution (Chakra Climbing, Chakra Run, Etc) related abilities learned one post sooner.
- Natural born killers possessing amazing instincts, reflexes and skill on the battlefield, passed down from their ancestral ties to the Kaguya clan. As such, they are dangerous Taijutsu users.
- When under the effects of Adrenaline, Kagoshima members become a lot more aggressive and violent, attacking with much more sheer ferocity than normal, becoming much stronger and faster.
- Even when in their weakest state, and their body refuses to listen, they are able to overcome their limits through sheer willpower alone. The only way to get them to accept defeat is to incapacitate them completely.
Disadvantages
- The members of the Kagoshima clan dangerously walk the line between light and dark, the younger and less disciplined often falling victim to their clan's nature and losing their way.
- By ignoring their body's warnings and protests and pushing their limits with their sheer stubbornness, they can end up doing serious damage to their bodies that takes days, weeks, or even months to heal.
- Their bloodlust can often prove to be their downfall, causing them to become easily provoked or easily tempted by those with evil intentions to become their instrument of death.
- When the effects of their adrenaline rushes, incited by combat or promises of combat fade, they can become easily exhausted. Becoming tired, and sometimes even dizzy after coming down from their high.
