Amelia, initially, sighed and set down her pen as Marina barged in. It wasn't unusual for her preferred method of entrance to be as loud and as startling as possible-- she seemed to
relish in seeing if she could cause Amelia to scrawl a huge black mark across her paper as her hand jolted in surprise-- but the
manic look on her face was, well. Less usual. She rubbed a hand against her face, pressing briefly against her temples, gesturing for Marina to begin speaking.
"DROP EVERYTHING."
"Nice to see you, too," Amelia murmured under her breath as Marina ranted about things like 'that rabbit girl' and 'Ylisse.' She couldn't help but groan in frustration as Marina yelled about how
we don't even have a box on the ******** form for this! Letting Marina yell herself quiet was usually the best way to get her to exhaust her anger; without having an interruption with which to focus her negative emotions on, she would simply vent in all directions until she ran out of steam and was left only with an inside voice. It had worked before, at least.
Finally, Amelia lowered her hand from her face and leveled a stare at Marina.
"First of all, you shouting in my face is doing wonders for my headache, so thanks for that. Second of all..." Amelia reached into a drawer in her desk and removed a copy of the form that Marina held, save for leaving all of the headings absolutely blank.
"Copy of the frame, I guess. Use this for now. Talk to Juniper and-- you said his name was Vince?-- about Ylisse, see about getting some information. Bring it back to me and I'll see about writing up a new form for Ylisse and getting everything back in order so you've got a form for those guys." She sighed, rubbing her fingers against her temples again.
"Vah got sick, think one of her friends gave her somethin' the other day when she was with Ayra, and I was up late takin' care of her because Tibarn was busy with other s**t," she muttered under her breath as she looked up at Marina, inevitably still angry, confused, and relatively lost.
"And look, if you don't know what a Taguel is, you think I know? It's probably a race from Ylisse, why else would we not know about them? Ask them about that info. We can cross-reference it with any records we have people who've already checked in here at headquarters."She heaved a sigh, rubbing at one eye.
"Put in another work requisition to have the wall repaired, too, while you're at it."
