Personality: Cloud is a happy go lucky guy. He smiles alot and doesn't often look at danger as a bad thing. He loves the sense of adventure and strives for it all the time. He often goes out of his way to do what he can for others, even though they often try to kill him. Cloud hates to shot his guns at the innocent and often tries to avoid confronting them with violence. When it comes to other outlaws he's willing to kill them, but he often tries not to. IT's more or less for a last resort. Cloud is also a bit of a womanizer often trying to flirt with girls, but failing all the time.
Bio: Not much is known about his outlaw. For years people have tried to take him down, but all have failed due to his speed and clever tactics. This has led him to be called The Desert Storm. Nobody knows his true name so they often call him Desert Storm. Though wanted posters are up, no one has clear clarrification on what his identity looks like.
