I got fed up waiting for the assholes administrators to decides whether or not to give me back my accounts, so I did a little juggling of my mules. Suzareigna already had most of my inventory- minus some key items I couldn't trade off to her before the hammer fell- so I just changed her name to this fantastic homage to ME.
DLS, fortunately she didn't have anything but the clothes on her back a few thousand in gold anyway. It was easy just to changes my brother-in-law's account that he graciously gave back from TheLordSesshomaru to TheLadySesshomaru.
And my poor little dachshund puppy, well he won't miss his account so I gave that one to my dear Suzareigna who will now be known as Suzie Rue- In the end, I still have 9 accounts active and at my disposal, just the Mamarita and DLS are in limbo and will probably stay here until Hell freezes over or we get rid of the two assholes chief administrators sitting at HQ for Gaia- Schofield and Loia. Or, as it may be, until Gaia goes into the Pacific Ocean via some disaster otherwise known as everyone getting fed up and sinking the ship.

Got the email today about the original Mamarita account. The assholes administrators are not giving Mamarita back her account. They claim it was because of a "trolling" photo that was up in the forums.
I am not saying there was such a photo, but if there was, it was in response to the entire thread where the CEO and COO were likened to Hitler and his Gestapo. The photo allegedly had a little mustache and tiny swastika on the CEO's forehead. It would have been quite fitting for the thread.
Sure enough, no screenshot was made and when Zero Omega tried to tell me that was the picture and send me a copy of it, it said there was no photo. So I sent him the picture that was on the thread and the one I posted on Facebook!
Either they give me proof of the photo or they give me back the account. It's that simple.
As for MY DLS account- no photos were posted and there were no names used, they were just looking for any mule accounts that posted in SF to ban.
I have 9 more account if they want an all out war, I can give them one, but...Gaia is dying so I will just let the cancer that is killing it do the job for me.

I got some very interesting emails from Customer Service about my 2 banned accounts.
I found out who was stalking me in the forums and who banned me. The sneaky bastards here on Gaia. They did NOT user regular forum admins/mods to do their dirty work. They used staff members that are not assigned to the forums at all. JAK BAUER was the one assigned to stalk me and others in the forums and as soon as anything was posted that they could use to ban the protesters, SCREENSHOTS were taken and the hammer would fall. That's why the one photo which was only on the forum for less than 10seconds and was gone and replaced was used. It also explains why Zero Omega didn't have it. I demanded PROOF of any offensive photos and I not only got a copy of the photo but who screenshot it. That was CS's mistake. I now have it plastered all over Facebook for all my Gaian friends to share to all the protesters who the stalker is.
And the crap that was used to ban DemonLadySesshomaru- is bullshit. Here's what got her banned

Here is my reply to the latest CS response to DLS's ban... Of course, I won't use any account they know of to post in the Forums and hell no, I won't post from home EVER on the forums from an account that traces back to my IP address.. I am not stupid, I have family members still on Gaia and don't want my IP banned,
So, no cursing, speaking my mind is now prohibited on Gaia. And RESPONDING to other's comments in like manner is also forbidden.
I HAD BETTER FIND OUT THAT EVERY PERSON ON THOSE THREADS WERE BANNED BECAUSE I DIDN'T GIVE GARY SCHOFIELD'S COMPLETE NAME, LIKE OTHERS DID.
Referring to someone as an boot-licking sob is now cursing- interesting. And you give away DEVIL items on Gaia- so I doubt referring to "those devils" and saying who "those devils" are is quite interesting. And giving an opinion because I had said a lot worst TO NARUMI MISUHARA himself because of the policies that HE stated in his journal THAT HE HAD TO IMPOSE BECAUSE OF THE ORDERS FROM ABOVE HIM, is not unwarranted. And no one said a word about those!!!
Oh and for the record- you better check because there are several Narumi's on Gaia... so which Narumi took offense to my post????

The photo posted was indeed in response to a thread where others were calling the CEO and the COO and staff Hitler and his Gestapo... so, if everyone that posted as such on that thread was not banned, you know it was a selective witch hunt= Jak Bauer was looking for me! Probably. I'm sure that they considered you quite a nuisance for being vocal and honest. I wouldn't put much of anything past them, anymore.
