Critical hits

So I just discovered that 4 stages of critical hit is a 100% chance. So a Super Luck, Scope Lense and Night Slash is a guaranteed critical hit yes? And a
Night Slash from a Sharpedo with Focus Energy is also guaranteed, correct?

Last I checked it was supposed to max out at 50% chance at 5 stages, but I know the chances have changed with X/Y. 100% at stage 4 seems... too easy.

Thing is, they also nerfed crits; they only do 1.5x damage instead of 2x, so those two attacks that always crit (storm throw and whatever the ice one's name is) aren't nearly as good.
