I understand it's an accent, and an area where there's a lot of fishing. Other than that, it's very difficult to find out anything about being Skouse like Lister.
Any info would be appreciated. This has been driving me nuts for years! smile

Scouse is what's used to describe the accents of people from Liverpool, which was elected as the Culture Capital of Europe in... 2003 I think? Culture Captial? The city that produced Lister is the Culture Capital?!

Well anyway, Liverpool has produced some fantastic things, such as The Beatles, the musical Blood Brothers (which in my personal opinion is the greatest musical of all time) and LIVERPOOL FOOTBALL CLUB!!!
