Aoi the Crossdresser Kitalpha Hart 30k/year isn't much, you know And you're drunk, as usual Well subbing sucks. But I don't want to have to pull the disability card at Dollar General. I already got a complaint from the people yesterday who called the place the manager, and told him that I wasn't very helpful in crap and stupid other stuff, so he talked to me about that, and of course he didn't really care, so yeah. I'm glad I got a store manager who doesn't really care much, so yeah. But if something bad happens, I don't want to have to pull the disability card, cuz I am already at the cold war with the APS school district, that if they pull their crap, then EEOC is coming, I WILL STAY AS A SUB UNTIL THEY FIRE ME!!!!!!!! I hope I don't have to do that with Dollar General. But yeah there are only 6 of us, so I doubt Paul would ever consider firing any of us. hope no one tries to roundhouse kick you in the head at school, like what happened to my mom's aide where she works Wanna work at a school where kids have even arrested before and some get arrested again?

i was a sub at age 19 or so and they didn't treat me bad because i was young. the worse they did was try to pull one over on me because i was young and they figured they could because i either wouldn't realize because i didn't have experience, or would let them get away with it. they didn't auto treat me bad because i was young.
then again, i was at a middle school and elementary. so in comparison, i was much older and could seem much older to them. high school would probs be totes different.
but still, you probably did something to piss them off or you're weird from the beginning so they don't like you. it's probably not an age thing alone.

It was Mountain View and North Elementary that got me in trouble back in May. So yeah, ever since I can remember, I have been sticking with the high school since that is the only place they are allowing me to sub at as a TEACHER, but as ASSISTANT anywhere else. So yeah. But Mountain View I can see as bad, but North was BS. So yeah, if they pull their ******** crap, I will BE REady!!!!!!!!!! My restrictions should be invalid now since ******** Judy Jones (the director of HR) who put those restrictions, and stupid Erica Garcia (the sub notification secretary) aren't there anymore, they have been replaced. So it should be invalid. Only person who is still there is stupid Sloan. I wish I could do more Elementary school, but the only one I had was the 2nd graders which was my 1st assignment, so yeah, it sucks. Wish I could do more. But yeah, compared to Dollar General, JUDY JONES CAN SUCK IT

But yeah Teatime, I am weird to them probably. Which is why I WILL BE READY FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO THEY BETTER NOT PULL THEIR CRAP!!!! I AM READY!!!!!!!!!
I mean I HAD To PLEA TO THEM WHEN I HAD MY MEETING TO TELL THEM THAT I DID GOOD AT THE HIGH SCHOOL IN STUFF, SO SINCE I TOLD THEM I DID A GOOD JOB AT THE HIGH SCHOOL, THAT IS THE ONLY REASON WHY THEY CONTINUED TO LET ME SUB THERE!!!!!!! And also cuz that is the place that they need the most subs in crap. So yeah. So just saying, it was either that or just an educational assistant anywhere else. ******** THAT!!
That is why I am glad I have Dollar General. I am at 24 hours a week, so yeah. I hope the more reliable ppl quit. I mean cmon, I Hate having to get the MOD (manager on duty) to just take something off that a person doesn't want in something. I hate that, cuz you have to have a key for that. I have to find a MOD for that. It sucks. I wish I had my own keys for that. I do everything, but ONLY have to get them for that, I hate taht. I mean I hate holding up the line. stare Just give me the key already. THE store manager already trusts me in going to the bank in stuff and depositing them in stuff as well as getting change at the bank, which involves me going out and driving to the bank in stuff and all that, so yeah. Why not trust me with the # to the safe in stuff? So I won't have to get them to hold up the line and tell them "I need more quarters" or "I need more pennies". I mean cmon. I hate teh supervisor key.

I know i Hate it but, I'd rather have a set of keys, since the recent person who got trained does have keys, he keeps calling to have the days off in crap. Even recently he tried to get the day off when we found out that one of our associates had a seizure and may not show up so yeah, the manager told him NO he can't have the day off.
Soo stupid, he has called in a lot lately. He is the only one who has worked at the same DG for over a year, so yeah, but his GF also worked for over a year, but she quit about a month ago. So yeah I dunno. And recently, he has called in a lot, which is stupid. I NEVER CALL IN in crap. I always report since my workdays are M-F, which is ironic that I am the only one who has those days, M-F. So yeah. But yeah, I hate stupid associaters who call in. I have never done that. So yeah, I hope Martin follows in his GF's footsteps and quit, cuz yeah, I am way more reliable than him anyday. Then I can have his keys.
I mean, If they call me in, I will COME no matter what. It's not rocket science....this job is like requires stupid. I mean there are only 6 of us. I'm surprised the new person they hired like a month ago looks like she's in her 40s or something, soo weird.

I'm sorry but easy easy easy. It's like nothing but repetitiveness everyday. Monday and Tuesday, it is nothing but stocking stuff from stockroom, must be put on shelves. biggrin
Then Wednesday to Friday, most likely I have a 88% chance that my superiors will put me on register while they go do more high end other important stuff. So yeah, also repetiveness, I just hate having to go get them just to do something as simple as take something off, if I had keys, I could do it myself. I just hate having to look all over the store for the manager or someone who is the MOD (manager on duty), which could take a while and HOLDS UP THE LINE!!! I hate that, so I wish I could just do it myself for just something simple as item voids like, if someone finds out that they don't have enough money, so I have to take something off. We have to get someone with keys to do that (register key), I hate that. I wish I could do it myself. So I have to say like "HOLD ON" and go all around the store to try and find the MOD or something, and it sucks. I hate holding up the line, I wish I could just do it myself. I already know how to do everything on the computer thing, but I ONLY get them cuz I need the register key to continue. I hate that. If I could do it myself, I would never have to hold up the line.
I mean, I should only have to get the manager on duty if it is something more complicated like a return/refund or a price dispute where the MOD may have to override the price since it lied or something. Or if we have to totally cancel the transaction or something. I hate having to get them for that. Wish I had the register keys, or they let me borrow their r key. And besides running register, I recover and organize shelves on the Wed-Fri days, Monday and Tuesday are stocking.
